loved this little open air primitive cabin set back in the jungle! waking up to the chatter of the monkeys and seeing toucans off our porch, living off of fresh fruit, surfing, hiking to the waterfalls and swimming in the pools, sipping tea with the afternoon rains coming down and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the shores in the distance. it was a perfect weekend getaway!

We were thrilled to have an opportunity to stay at Casa Luna Del Mar again. This time for a week. The house is fantastic we love the pool and easy access to the beach. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and comfortable beds are great for getting a good nights sleep. The house is clean and well equipped. Since we were staying for a longer time we were able to explore more doing a tour out of Golfito and surf lessons in Pavones. We went to the Saturday Market in Pavones and stopped for lunch at a Soda on our way to Punta Banco. We timed out visit with low tide and we were able to enjoy the tide pools and beautiful beach. You can relax or take in all the area has to offer. Sarah is a great host and checks in but is never intrusive. She is happy to answer questions. We saw a couple of sloths and many Scarlett McCaws during our stay. Along with many other birds, lizards etc. We walked the beach, enjoyed the pool, and visited many of the local restaurants. This place is fantastic, very peaceful and a connected with nature. Its nice being at the end of a private road, but do drive with caution as there is a big pothole on the road right before her house. Lovely place and we would definitely stay again.

I went with my mother, husband and son. The house looked just like the sample photos, located very close to the Golfito warehouse, and close to amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, etc. Very well equipped and the service provided left us very satisfied. I would definitely come back in the future 👍🏻
