Karen’s place provided a wonderful retreat whilst we were at Golden Plains festival with our children (3&5yo). The children loved the garden Karen provided thoughtful bubble bath, the kitchen was very well equipped (we even baked muffins) and the BBQ was spotless! Buninyong is a lovely town close by and it’s so close to Ballarat if you want to explore those sights and delights. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s house in Wendouree. The house was exactly as described and was spotless when we arrived. We loved the feel of the house looking out to the garden and thoughtful touches like welcome gifts plus dog bowls for our dogs. We were in Ballarat to celebrate my birthday and Jane was super helpful with suggestions of places for large groups to eat as well as things to do. We loved our stay and hope to return again one day.

Super clean place for an Airbnb that allows pets. House feels so homey and everything you need is supplied in the house . Had a great time and enjoyed this home a lot.

We had such a lovely stay at Hazel House. The home is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The lounge was especially cosy—I spent hours happily reading my book there—and the outdoor BBQ area was a great bonus that we made good use of. Sarah was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and gave us all the detail we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is also spot on, just a short drive to Lake Wendouree. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful, relaxing stay. We appreciated the little box of goodies and made great use of the pizza oven (amazing pizzas!) ans sauna. Bellavita has everything you need for a luxurious getaway.

I was impressed by the spices and ameneties they had in the kitchen. Great collection of coffee making machines, utensils, very clean and new pans and pots, variety of spices. We loved our stay. the balcony area was great for early morning wakeup and listening to birds. great location. 👍☺️

What an absolutely beautiful place! It was sweltering hot when we stayed and yet the beauty of the house , its entertaining area and the furnishings inside and out were so mind blowingly beautiful the chest was quickly forgotten. Whoever owns the house is very cultured, well travelled and has an eye and we are very grateful that they share it with people like us. Beautiful. And the restaurants nearby are exceptional. We ate at Sault and it was better than most Melbourne restaurants in our opinion.

Very comfortable house, super clean, Barbara provided fresh milk and Easter eggs with flowers on table, beautiful touch. Beds comfortable and super cozy living room.thanks Barbara was a real treat to stay at miner’s cottage.

A great place to stay, the house was well maintained and was only a short drive to the cbd. Karen was very accomodating letting us stay another night and was efficient with communicating. I definitely recommend staying at this BNB.

We had such a lovely stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was super cosy and just what we were looking for to relax and unwind with our dog and baby. Loved the thoughtful touches—there was tea cake waiting for us on checkin, a treat for our dog, and carrots so we could feed the friendly donkey and horses onsite. Allison was a great host—really responsive and easy to communicate with. We’re feeling so refreshed. Would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family.

Adored our stay at this charming cottage! Surrounded by lovely animals and stunning views. Super clean with all the amenities you could need. The fresh bread and local wine were a wonderful touch. Hosts were responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

What a beautiful little cottage. Very well presented. One of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. Perfect location, super close to the CBD meant we could walk everywhere. Everything had been thought of, it was like we were at home. There were ample supplies of consumables like paper towel and washing liquid (often not found in airbnbs). I loved that there was hand wash, shampoo etc and even milk and bread upon arrival. It was super welcoming. There were also heaps of activities tucked in the cupboard for my children; story books and puzzles which was a huge plus. I hope to stay here again on our next trip to Ballarat. Highly recommend.

We are so glad we chose this property for our getaway! Kate was an absolutely amazing host — warm, proactive, and super responsive from the very beginning. The property itself is stunning and has so much to offer. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and you can tell how much care has gone into making it feel like a home away from home. We instantly fell in love with the space and surroundings. Everything was just perfect for our two-night stay. We truly didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Ballarat! The quietness to get away from the city was bliss. The place was clean, plenty of clean towels, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We didn’t really do much cooking, so can’t really comment on the pantry amenities, but had what we needed. The pool and spa were great to keep kids entertained, but given it was Autumn, there were a few leaves in the pool to deal with. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was great, as it was close to shops, cafes, and local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The house was clean and tidy. We had a great stay. My kids loved it. It was nice to have the private studio up the top of the block. It was convenient to everything. The house was well equipped and everything worked well. We hope to stay again next year.

Jen’s house was a perfect stay for myself and the family whom were participating in a marathon close by in Ballarat. It was extremely appreciative to have a lovely fire and spa all ready for use on arrival making us feel very welcome!! The house is beautifully clean and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break away. I cannot recommend this home enough !! Thank you again Jen and Andrew

House was so cute, and had everything we needed. Safe and secure backyard aswell for the dogs to play. Having fresh eggs from the chickens was so cool also. Loved that.
