Family-friendly vacation rentals in Golden

This was an absolute amazing trip! My brother was able to visit me for a few, we relaxed in the hot tub, and we cooked amazing baked chicken in the oven! There is a Bluetooth speaker, YouTube and Netflix on the TV, and chill Chanel’s in between. I .. WE had an incredible time! We even jumped on the train that’s 4 minutes away and rode to downtown! 2.75 VS $20 a trip ! Enjoyyyy as we did

The place was very cozy and had all the necessary accommodations! Everything was very clean and comfortable. One note is that it is the downstairs of the family home so there is a bit of noise. I didnt mind at all, however I think it would be good to keep in mind if quiet is important to you. That being said Wyatt was a lovely host and seemed very flexible and hospitable!

Absolutely remarkable! I can’t even come up with one thing I would add or change. She has thought of everything, right down to the scotch tape. Plenty of pans, dishes, utensils. I cannot say enough positive to do this place justice. Lots of space to spread out, the game room, movies, immaculate kitchen. Spacious bedrooms with gorgeous views, numerous gathering areas, the list goes on. The home and property are spotless! We didn’t want to leave. The peacefulness, tranquility, quiet mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking the lake (you are just a few steps away); mountains in the distance. The first snowfall of the year for us. Just breathtaking. You will find many books about the area, recommendations, every single touch you can possibly imagine. You will not regret booking. Just a short jaunt from highway. She recommended wood fire pizza in Rollinsville, delicious. If you’ve been scouring AirBnB for the perfect place, you found it! About as close to perfection as one can get!

We were in town for my son's wedding and needed a space for the great nieces and grandchildren to play during the weekend events. The backyard was perfect for children of all ages. The adults loved sitting around the fire pit, grilling on the BBQ pit and just hanging out in the backyard. The Master Suite was perfect for the new parents with the attached nursey and the children's bedroom right next door. The additional three bedrooms in the basement were comfortable and fit all our needs for a busy week. We love this home.

Fantastic weekend getaway. Very cozy and very well decorated. Be a little cautious about winter months as driveway is a little steep and narrow for anyone not used to mountain driving. Upper parking spot is helpful in these situations, however. Will definitely keep this on the radar for another visit in the future!

Craig was a wonderful host - very responsive and helpful. The home was incredible - The wood beams in the dining room and kitchen are beautiful. This was a great home for a large family who all wants their own space. The master bathroom is stunning. The place accommodated us well.

We felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the door & wished we could have stayed twice as long. Anne's place is a cozy gem in a sweet little mountain town with lots of history. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the window seat for reading and watching cyclists occasionally go by, and the peaceful sound of Gold Run Creek.

Tim’s “Bear Den” was absolutely beautiful! We met Tim on the first day and he is so kind and welcoming. There are little notes posted around the house with helpful tips and everything we needed was available to us. Tim’s instructions made it very easy to find the location as well as checking in and out. Definitely one of my favorite stays!

I stayed here for 2 weeks during a transition after selling my house and it was a great space. It’s small but has a ton of closet storage and everything you need to function for a short or long trip. Moon was a phenomenal host: responsive, kind, super accommodating, and flexible.

Absolutely beautiful cabin and wonderful experience. Remote location yet only a 20 minute drive to Idaho Springs, a quaint town with shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. The cabin itself has so many thoughtful touches to enhance the experience. We particularly want to give a shout out for the very helpful information binder, fully equipped kitchen, fire place, and games!! We booked for 2 nights and loved it so much that we extend the stay for an additional night. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return next year!! Thank you, Thomas!!

I’ve stayed at Jessica’s property 4 times now. Love both sides! Cozy with all the amenities you need. Beautiful views! The location is great to get to amazing hikes. It is private and very accessible. Highly recommend!

Amy’s place was a great studio apartment. Not as small as we expected from a studio style apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was easy to get to groceries, restaurants, and the national park. The place was peaceful and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at the Cricket! The location was absolutely beautiful, and Georgetown in and of itself is a really cool little mountain town. Great centrally located cabin for going higher up the mountains, but also with the ease of not being too far from the city if there are things you want to do there. Looooove being on the creek! It is a rustic little cabin that has everything you could possibly need, and at a really good price point. 10/10 recommended!

Cheryl’s place was the perfect location to set up base camp for a week of exploring the Denver suburbs. Lakewood was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Location was super convenient for wherever we wanted to go. Her instructions were very helpful and she was a super responsive host. Will definitely keep her place in mind for future trips or recommendations for others. All in all a very great experience.

We had a wonderful time here! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating, also allowing us the option of early check in and late check out. The space was clean and comfortable with so many extra special add ons. Not to mention the location was ideal! Especially if you have children. Thank you for this wonderful stay we are already talking about the next opportunity to come back!

A cozy condo, with a corner location on the first floor which was very handy for taking my dog outside. The king sized bed was very comfy, and bath, small kitchen and living room were nicely furnished, comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. In the afternoon you can chill out on the small patio. Laurel was friendly and helpful without being intrusive and she had chocolate and wine laid out as welcome gifts! I found it a nice, quiet setting for resting after busy days and would definitely go there again.

This place is perfect! Best location and has everything you need inside :) the heated pool, fireplace, and ski lockers were all perfect

Comfortable and cozy place close to Main Street, hiking and MTB trails!

Stayed here for a total of five days & four nights with my boyfriend and completely enjoyed the stay! Accurately described, clean and easy to find & get into. The hosts were really accommodating with flexible check-in AND check-out times. I would totally stay here again as it is close to many stores and you can easily get to the city from its location! Comfy bed, cute decor and an easy to control thermostat as well. BOOK IT!

We absolutely love when we stay here! It is the perfect mountain getaway. Close to explore Granby, Fraser, Winter Park. This was our second time there and we will be back next year!

The Guest House was sick a great house and the location was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much! It was easy access just outside of Boulder, Niwot and Longmont. The picturesque views were amazing. We will definitely stay again!
