The accommodation is located at about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access path. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. To the valley and to the nearest supermarket it is about 12 minutes, there is a bakery near the lifts. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
