Very nice villa, great view from the pool terrace. Clean. Location is perfect. Would love to come back.

There were some minor shortcomings, but Mr. Mutlu and Mr. Mahmut take care of everything right away and they are very professional. The pool is large and very nice; we enjoyed it very much as a family. The fact that there is both a dining table and a seating area on the patio made our time outside even more enjoyable. The house is in a location with a very nice breeze between the mountains. There is no air conditioning in the 4th room; if you are interested in that issue, it is useful to keep it according to it (especially on the hot days of the summer). Overall, it was a vacation we really enjoyed. Thank you so much.

Lovely place to stay in beautiful surroundings. Comfortable house and great pool. Berke was responsive and stood ready to answer questions and give recommendations.

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and tidy. The pool, sun lounger seating group was as it should be, the pool was very important for children, and it was very welcome, it was a place to go and stay with peace of mind.

Derek was very attentive and friendly made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The villa is exactly like the photos and as described. Transport is required to get to Oludeniz and hisaronu but we didn’t consider this an issue at all considering the size and price of the villa and it felt so lovely and peaceful. If we return to turkey we would definitely consider staying here again. Thankyou

This villa in Kalkan was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking; it had a quiet, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The house was extremely modern and tastefully furnished, especially the lighting was very stylish. The cleanliness was excellent, everything was clean and tidy. The host was incredibly polite and sincere, helped us with everything and welcomed us very well. We had a truly unforgettable vacation experience. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind! My family and I had a wonderful week at Özcan’s place. The villa is stunning, modern fittings but with a traditional look (the best of both worlds!). We loved all the features and fittings. It is a short walk into town but despite little legs (our 6 year old) we never needed a taxi. We loved the tranquility of the location. The pool got used by us all every day despite it being October (due to its size it wasn’t too cold and was refreshing in the warm weather). The kitchen had everything you could need. I would highly recommend staying here, we loved Dalyan and the property. Would definitely consider a return visit. Thank you Özcan!

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the reviews are accurate if this place. I would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I felt was odd is how the host needed everyone’s passport photos. This was a first for me.

Beautiful villa. Magnificent view of mountains and lemon trees. Very nice hosts, always ready to help and advise. The pool was clean, large and beautiful. Arif gave us an inflatable mattress for the pool. We had a lot of fun. I can recommend the villa with peace of mind; everything was clean and perfectly furnished. It's really convenient that it's only 10 minutes by car from the villa to the city. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. I hope we can come back.🙏🙏

We had a fab week at Tugay's beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice. It was an ideal size and layout for two families with two children. Pool is also perfect for small children due to the large shallow area. Tugay gave us very clear instructions to find the villa and was very flexible with both check-in and a slightly later check-out. He also sent recommendations for local supermarkets as we had some specific items we couldn't get from the local shop. There is a shop, beach and some restaurants a short walk but we were glad of the transport we'd arranged so we could explore the area further.

What a fabulous glamorous villa worth every penny, not far from Hisaranou strip about 10min walk. Emrah always responded promptly and very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. Local shops 4 min walk. We all as a family had a fabulous stay. An outstanding villa.

The house is very nice and convenient as seen in the photos. It had everything you needed during the stay. There were a lot of items, especially from the kitchen area, from the airfry to the filter coffee maker. And thank you for their hospitality. They provided all kinds of opportunities, from the booking process to the checkout without leaving us to ask.

Everything was perfect for us. We like walking so the location was great. Close to the market. Plenty of sheets, pillow cases and towels so we could change and wash them. Host and his Mum very helpful and friendly. Garden and pool area very nice, kept clean and tidy during our stay. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend the Villa and host. Our host took time out to come and meet us in person. Thankyou very much

The house looks exactly like the pictures and feels luxurious. The kids loved the indoor pool, especially on a cloudy day. Would recommend hiring a car. You could get about or use taxis, but having a car is much more convenient. There are lots of restaurants down the main strip so we went out every night to eat. We had a fabulous stay!

During our trip in April, the weather was quite cool to use the outdoor pool. For this reason, we are very happy that we preferred this house with an indoor heated pool. Thanks to the air conditioners in the living room and rooms, we also had no problem with heating. The house was really spotless. Mr. Ibraheem responded to all our questions instantly. We were very satisfied with our stay and will choose this place again when we come back.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

When we went to relax with my wife, everything was very nice. It was peaceful. We would like to thank Mr. Melih, a beautiful place where you can take your needs and have fun with your family and friends. Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Emrah was a great host. He was always available and took care of all our matters immediately. Super friendly and helpful. Despite being on his honeymoon, he was always reachable. We felt super comfortable. The villa corresponds 100% to the description it was made with a lot of love. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the region.
