Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

Ms. Merve was very helpful and friendly. She was helpful with everything. The house was clean and useful. It was a very satisfied stay. Highly recommend.

This is our 5th time to Dalyan and we have stayed in hotels and villas. Villa Misli Blue is by far the best so for. Valentin the host was great he went above and beyond to help us, even when my husband smashed his phone, Valentin took it away and got it fixed for us. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything but also respected our privacy. The house itself is perfect, everything you need and more, from a well equipped kitchen to all cleaning products provided(very generous) to water bottles delivered at unbelievable low price. The house is pristine and stylish and the garden and pool are beautiful and private, I hope you love cats ❤️ The house is close to town (5min walk) but still feels fairly quiet thanks to the mature gardens enclosing the pool and shady veranda. There is a shop selling all the basics 2 mins away. The proof as they say is in the pudding! We have already booked again for 2025. Thank you Valentin.

Thanks to Mr. Anil and his family, we had a very pleasant holiday, the house was very peaceful, the atmosphere was very nice. The center is easily accessible by car. The house had everything necessary, and it was spotless.

We had a truly wonderful week at Sage House. Superb location with breathtaking views from the lovely terrace, gorgeous little house, beautifully decorated. Olivia and Süha were fantastic hosts - they even took us to the annual 11km walk celebrating Patara villager’s nomadic past, and we walked with locals through stunning scenery accompanied by musicians, dancers, horses sheep and camels! Patara village and the beach are just as unspoiled as they were when I used to visit in the 90s. Will definitely be back again soon!

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great location apartment was spotless. We couldn’t get tv to work and Canan’s brother arrived within minutes to sort out the problem. Would recommend. Thank you Canan for a lovely stay .

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

This is a wonderful place, peace and grace. It is especially surprising how comfortable living conditions the host managed to create in the middle of fields and mountains. Everything was great - bright, clean, warm, all wishes were taken into account. I really liked the beautiful dishes and towels, in general everything is selected pleasantly and tastefully. I would have loved to stay longer. We were very envious of those who come in the season when it is warm and the cafe is open, because we would like to have breakfast downstairs on the premises. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay with you, thank you for your hospitality!

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

The house is very nice and convenient as seen in the photos. It had everything you needed during the stay. There were a lot of items, especially from the kitchen area, from the airfry to the filter coffee maker. And thank you for their hospitality. They provided all kinds of opportunities, from the booking process to the checkout without leaving us to ask.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable staff at Hüseyin’s place. The pool was cleaned every day and the house was in a very quiet area. Huseyin was very responsive and helpful. Great place!

We had a very nice week at this villa. Check-in was earlier than indicated by appointment. That was perfect for us. Serkan made it fit. We were also honestly committed to our satisfaction. The villa is a dream! The view will be priceless. The rooms were clean. From all rooms you have a beautiful view of the sea. Large floor depth double windows. You can walk down from the property to a small secluded bay. The home is quite secluded. We often drove to Kaputaș Beach. A dream of a bay. We are lucky and came across a good restaurant where we either took food to the beach or on our way home... Asir Restaurant. First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cevat and his wife, Ms. Songül, for their attention and smiling faces to us during our holiday process. They were very helpful in supplying what we needed, for example, when the water heater broke down, they immediately replaced it. The pool was quite nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. The house was very cute and warm as it appeared in the photos:) The kitchen supplies were sufficient. In terms of location, a yacht tour can be done with the advantage of being close to the Gocek Yacht Port, you can go to the nearby Inlice Beach, but it is convenient to come by car for different activities. It is a very good choice for those who do not go anywhere and stay at home and enjoy the pool and enjoy the calm 👌🏻

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

The villa was exactly as described and pictured. The view through the mountains to the sea was spectacular. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. There were ample supplies like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and full kitchen staples. This would be a very comfortable stay for a family of 4. The villa is up the hill from old town Kalkan. About a 5-10 minute drive. Very easy. The driveway and approach roads can be bumpy so I’d recommend a small SUV or AWD rental. But we did just fine with our sedan rental. Overall, great location, wonderful space, and attentive service from Mr. Tolga. We would highly recommend.

It was a villa with a very spacious indoor and outdoor space for crowded families, both with a large pool and a children's pool. All the necessary details have been considered for families with children. Having a bathroom and toilet in all of the rooms was a very useful and comfortable detail. I hope we can find time and come in the next season🙏🏻
