This is a really nice apartment. It has beautiful furnishings and high quality appliances. It's clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. It's on the top floor in a high-end and safe area near a park and a nice mall. I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs in HCMC, and this is by far the best. And Nickey is extremely responsive. I'll be back. 5 stars all the way!

We’ve stayed at Dao’s twice while visiting family and have been very impressed both times - the 1 bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated, super clean and spacious. It’s a perfect place to base yourself for exploring the city, whilst having the communal area including salt water pool and sauna to relax in.

Nice apartment in The middle of Saigon, close to everything. There was some noise from a another apartment the first day of my 14 days stay and only one elevator was working in the buildingarea I stayed. But anyway I like the Apartment, and there was a ok gym and a big pool on the rooftop. I enjoyed my stay!

It’s rare when you get an Airbnb that is better than what you’re expecting. Thuong’s place was wonderful. The view from the 22nd floor infinity pool over the river was beautiful.

Konstantino’s listing is a clean and comfortable space at a great location in District 1. With walkable distances to good cafés, restaurants and open spaces, I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Well appointed flat with all the comforts of home. Quality finishing in the living room, smart entertainment, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, beds, pillows. Clean & well maintained. Almost like staying with a best friend. A real HCM gem. Hosts…super.

Hee's apartment in Thao Dien is great. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, and well located. There is a big mall with many shops and a supermarket right next to the building. The neighborhood Thao Dien also has many restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, etc. Hee was good with communication, friendly, and flexible when possible. Access to the area is easy: in addition to taxis and Grab, there is a bus stop very close with buses that go to many places in the city including the airport (with one transfer). when the metro system begins service, there is a stop right by the apartment. strong recommendation.

Trang was very responsive from the beginning. Just ask him anything you need and most likely he will be able to give you what you need. one of the best places we have stayed. just a note that there is a language barrier between people that will attend to you. but they are all very nice. just use google translate to convey what you want or just message Trang. see you again!

Premium accommodation with all the best features and great location which was just out of the city centre and thankfully out of the chaos. We loved staying here and without a doubt best views!!! will happily recommend and return

I stayed really comfortably for 2 nights! The location was very good and the view was so romantic. And the response speed was very fast, so I was able to stay comfortably while using it. If I come to Ho Chi Minh again next time, I will definitely use it, and if I find a place to stay nearby, I think it's a good place to stay ~

Hoang was very accommodating and acceded to our request of a late checkout as our flight was later in the evening. overall a very responsive host and a beautifully kept place, highly recommend staying here! there are loads of great restaurants and cafes nearby too in thao dien area for guests to check out :)
