The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washer, which made things super convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the space felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It made my time in this beautiful city even more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Ideal location in Ho Chi Minh City in its green residency area , and short distance to all attractions in town. The host is real super-host, easy communications and always being helpful. You can’t find better. Highly recommended, for sure!

Owner was very nice and still figured out a solution for when I could not stay because visa situation. Would definitely stay there when I go to Vietnam just off the niceness’ of the owner alone.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The condo is located right in the heart of the city, and being on the top floor gave us stunning views especially at night. It was the perfect location—just steps away from great restaurants, bars, and everything we wanted to explore. The space itself was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully set up. The beds were super comfortable, and the fast internet made it easy to stay connected during our stay. The host was incredibly helpful and provided very clear, detailed check-in instructions, which made our arrival seamless. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place itself was cozy and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. But what really stood out was Nhat himself. He went out of his way more than once to help us out, and those little gestures meant a lot—especially being in a new country for the first time. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not just a host. Quynh Anh is an easygoing hostess. I need more fans you brought to me. You also gave me lots of delicious fresh fruits. You let me borrow a bike for transportation. Your room is well-stocked, clean and very spacious also cozy. The sun shines in the room very well on my mind. I will be back often.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest
