The house was very clean and beautiful, it was cozy and we were looking forward to returning home every day at the end of our trip.Gabriele is attentive and will share not only travel tips but also breakfast.The small town is not big, it takes about 20 minutes to walk from the city center to the house, and you can see the bright stars at night in the sky, and it's safe all the way.

Everything went great for me. Kettle, mini kitchen and bathtub were very helpful. Happy to come back...

Clean and warm room. Ingrid introduced us about the washroom and kitchen corner. Very nice can help self to have boiled water and microwave. We left the coat and Ingrid helped to keep for us end informed us.

It was really beautiful! The house is a bit secluded in the mountains. Car makes sense. Beautiful, especially in winter. Nice room and highly recommended overall. Ingrid was always within easy reach. I had a great vacation! Thank you so much!

Nice room with small kitchen. Was there everything you could could need. Breakfast is not available in autumn winter, but there is a coffee maker on the 1st floor. If the weather is nice, you can also hike there very well.

Mark, the Englishman in the Salzkammergut, welcomed us very warmly and immediately gave us tips for the best restaurants in Bad Ischl. The location of the house in the center of the Salzkammergut and on the edge of the forest is very quiet. The superior room is nicely decorated and spacious. If someone wants something other than rolls, sausages, cheese, and homemade jam (which is delicious) for breakfast, Mark likes to be taken into account if you point it out in time. I enjoyed having breakfast at the only table with the other guests. For my partner this was not the right thing, she preferred breakfast on the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful 77 lakes of the Salzkammergut!

Mark and Nicky are great hosts! Staying here was a good idea, much better than a hotel room or an apartment. Neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, many places for hiking, close to Hallstatt, but not that crowded here. Thanks for such a warm welcome 🙏 Can’t wait to come again!

Larry and Lisa provide a warm welcome to their home. They kindly shared local advice and friendly conversation. Breakfast was a delicious start to the day, and the drink fridge and patio was a peaceful finish. This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the many activities in this beautiful area.

Hepi house is in a good location. Only 5minutes by walk from the station. Lary and Lisa were so friendly and always trying to help. The room was clean and has a nice view. It was quite small but has everything we need. Every morning we could enjoy the breakfast. We had a wonderful time in Obertraun and hope to come again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Larrys guest house. Wonderful views, nice and quiet place. Consider coming back in the summer.

My family loved Leopldines. Great location right in the center of beautiful Hallstatt. Very comfortable and clean.

Super friendly host, breakfast prepared is amazing . They even offered us the winter windscreen protector. Such a most thoughtful host i have ever met. Another guests i heard the host offered them a ride to station.

Johanna made us feel right at home and was very helpful throughout.

The landlord is very friendly and kind. Despite my language barrier, she was incredibly diligent and welcoming. At the check-in, she showed everything and explained, the room was very warm. I have nothing to complain about, maybe the only room for one is not a view of the mountains or the TV, and it is really small (one tiny room and a bathroom), in any case, absolutely sufficient for one, or you can use the common areas for sitting. I recommend and thank you.
