Upstairs there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The house is situated on a fenced 70-acre plot with a private forest.

The area is very green and quiet, there are many bike paths (bike available) and walking paths. The city bus to the city is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, a taxi costs about 20 PLN (4 euros).
