Monthly Rentals in Gmina Lipnica

The house is situated in an enchanting place that has a great lake. You can rent pedal boats and other stuff at the swimming spot. There is a kiosk and a very good fish restaurant in the village. There is no internet and no phone reception in the house, you should know that. The house itself is located on the outskirts of the village and the garden borders directly on the forest, which is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, the equipment in the garden is a little unloving (the hammock actually cannot be used) and the house itself is very rustic and no longer at the height of time (especially the kitchen). Nevertheless, you can have a wonderful time there. In nearby Bytow there are numerous very good dining options and it is worth a trip.

We stayed here again and it met our expectations once and again. It was very nice, even though the weather wasn't great, the same place was so relaxing it was worth it. And the fireplace helped a lot. The kitchen is very good, the bedrooms are clean. Towels were a bit sticky. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around, very calming. Peace and quiet. A little impression was broken by a slight mess around the cottage - the toys scattered, the damaged and old playground, the pallets behind the house threw and left as well.

We only came to this place for the weekend. The place is beautiful, the area and trees give you a sense of privacy. Birds and singing give you a sense of peace and relaxation. Very close to the lake where there is a jetty and a beach. Alicja and her husband were very helpful in any way. The cottage is very cozy and well-equipped. The area is fenced with a fence where the dog that accompanied us had a great time and we did not worry that it would slip through somewhere and go to explore the area on its own;) I highly recommend Alicja's cottage🥰 I know we'll be back🤞

A home in a very quiet area, close to a lake, which was probably about a 7-minute walk away. Very good contact with Tatiana - she answered all the questions very quickly. Fully fenced area, a great place to stay with a dog. The house had all the necessary amenities - despite the lack of good phone reception, the home internet works well. The stay went very well, I recommend :)
