We had a wonderful stay at Ian and Christine’s self contained outhouse. The place was very easy to find and we were met upon arrival by both of them. They were warm and friendly from the get go. Their dog Danny was playful and adorable. The place had everything we needed and everything was spotlessly clean. It was incredibly quiet there, so we didn’t hear a peep. We went to Hay on Wye for the festivals which was only a 20mins drive and the Oxford street car park only cost £4 for the entire day. I’d highly recommend this place, especially if you’re visiting Hay or any of the surrounding areas.

I really enjoyed my stay at Helena's. The space was fantastic, very clean and well stocked, and in a beautiful setting - both in the grounds of the house and the village. It was really convenient to get to Oxford both on the train and driving. There are plenty of pubs to choose from and a Co-op a short walk away. I can highly recommend staying at Helena's and hope to return again soon!

David and Jacqui were very welcoming and friendly which was so lovely and unexpected. They clearly really enjoy meeting people. David was a great communicator and gave me excellent directions to find the property. It is in a beautiful peaceful location. I'm just sorry I couldn't stay longer to go on some of the local walks. The studio was the perfect little getaway place for me and my family. We immediately felt at home, the space was very peaceful, spotless, tidy and it had everything we needed to cook full meals and be cozy! Elaine and her family are lovely. They were friendly and welcoming of us and also respected our privacy while we enjoyed our holiday at their property. If you have a car, Bushley is the perfect starting point to explore the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills National Park. We highly recommend Elaine's Studio and if we have the chance we'll definitely be back. 😊 Extra points for the cute dogs and puppy!

Lovely stay with my friend in Bath. Amanda’s place was in the perfect location with a short (10min) bus journey into the city centre. We really enjoyed the 40 minute walk via canal into the centre. Amanda’s place was spotless. Bath is such a beautiful city.

Sara's place was cozy, roomy, and in a beautiful location. Sara was warm and helpful. She even offered to drive us to the local pub. We highly recommend this BnB.

We had a really nice stay at the loft ! Basic amenities to make your own meals . Beautiful surroundings & peaceful area. We loved the sunsets & walks ! Flexible check out hours was a bonus . 👌 Thank you so much x

This was our second visit to this extremely convenient location and comfortable accommodation. It combines the advantages of nearby restaurants with good road links to many out-of-town but convenient attractions including several excellent National Trust properties. As before, the accommodation is spotless and well-equipped for self catering. The peaceful neighbourhood and comfortable bed make for a very relaxing stay. Amjid is an excellent host and we look forward to another visit when next in the area.

Excellent accommodation and location, we had a very pleasant stay. Hosts were very friendly and approachable, Chestnut Barn was very well layout, charming and homely. The bottle of wine, Bath Soft Cheese, and the breakfast Crossants were lovely and greatly appreciated. We visited Bath, Bristol and went to the Bath soft cheese farm for lunch. All very enjoyable, and well worth seeing, met up with family at local pub, and had an excellent stay. We look forward to visiting again. Many thanks Colin and Julie xx

Recently returned from a very enjoyable 3 night stay (3 adults). The property is exactly as shown and described in the photos. The property is very well designed, and had everything we needed for our stay. There is access to the garden of the main house, which is lovely, especially the deck area overlooking the pond. The property has on site parking, on a gated drive. To note, the gates are opened early morning and closed mid evening. Best to let the hosts know if you need access outside of these times. For exploring, there is easy access to the motorway, lots of attractions in the local area, including several National Trust properties. The hotel/pub, a 2 minute walk away, did very nice food.

A great stay. Rebecca was a fantastic host - replied quickly and was very helpful. The accommodation was perfect. Taxis are easy to get and the city centre is a 15 minute drive away. There is a train station less than a 5 minute walk and the train is roughly 15 minutes to Cardiff central. Great location and definitely value for money. I would 100% recommend and I would 100% use again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The studio is perfectly clean and comfortable and in such beautiful surroundings. There’s so much to see and do in the nearby areas and we appreciated all of the recommendations! We’ll definitely stay again.

Beautiful small space in a beautiful part of the country. Host was great, communicated well and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Located in a quiet village in the centre of the Cotswolds, very easy to access many visitor attractions and places of interest. Village is very quiet - one pub and a village shop. Pub less than 5 minutes away and serves very good food. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Instructions for access to property were clear and access was straightforward. Property was as described and is well thought out and nicely designed. Probably would benefit from having a small microwave. Property was quiet, has a nice deck outside and it is possible to use the house garden. Only drawback was that the bed was very uncomfortable.

The Coach House was wonderful! Two of us stayed here for a girl's weekend, so it was helpful to have two car spaces as we travelled separately. Inside the Coach House, we had everything we needed - everything had been thought of. We really enjoyed the space, and particularly enjoyed the fire pit for a chilled late spring evening. Thank you for letting us stay with you, we'd love to return!

Fantastic stay... from the minute we arrived to when we left. Marc was a great host - so helpful and couldn't have done more for us. The air b n b was perfect.. the hot tub was clean, it was so lovely in such a peaceful and idyllic location. We had everything we needed there. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again... and will highly recommend to family and friends!

What an absolutely gorgeous stay in a beautiful location. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, the lodge was spotless and the hot tub and pool a real treat. The lodge is surrounded by stunning gardens making it feel very peaceful and secluded, the perfect spot for a girls staycation. Becky was really accommodating and always on hand to answer any questions. Thank you. We look forward to returning already!

Fabulous place to stay. Easy to reach by train and easy to reach wonderful walking - we had a lovely time, if exhausted by the hills! The place was just as described and very peaceful and relaxing - WiFi was fine for us but is still patchy if you need fast broadband.

Fantastic place to stay. The house was clean and tidy, and so homely. The garden was lovely - very private and nice and quiet, and the hot tub was wonderful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever been in and the linen was so soft and lovely. All our needs were catered for, from cooking utensils, toiletries, and a lovely welcome pack and milk in the fridge, which was very much welcomed, also including specific towels and robes for the hot tub (I do think the robes could have been a little larger, but that is definitely a me problem!!) Overall a fabulous place to spend some time.

We loved our stay at The Stables, the luxury hot tub was an added bonus and was well used. Having the bus stop on the doorstep straight into Bath as well was very easy to get into the city centre and saved us taking the car. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Such a lovely, peaceful haven while I was on a course for a few days. Maggie sent such welcoming and helpful information and I was comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was easy the location was perfect for Clifton. Would definitely stay again

We stayed at the Annexe for 3nights,it was a very restful time spent,the views from lounge and patio were amazing and enjoyed watching the Sun rises,there was lovely walks and we felt very comfortable, thank you Alice for a lovely stay in your Annexe and look forward to coming again.

The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The setting is very peaceful with lovely views. Mike very kindly left bread,milk etc which was very welcome. The proximity to Blenheim Palace was a real bonus
