Nestled in the heart of hip Los Feliz, our guest house is the perfect launching pad to explore the fun, food, and funk of LA's east side. When you're done, relax and recharge in your private and chic guest retreat. Note: Yard is shared w our young family and 2 dogs. Super well-located. Easy walk/drive to Vermont/Hillhurst, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Hollywood, Griffith Park (observatory, zoo, hiking). 1/2 mi walk to Metro station and Children's Hosp/Kaiser/Hollywood Presb.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

SilverLake Hillside Spacious Guest Apartment

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
