In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of the fjord and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Loen with its fantastic Skylift and Via Ferrata (18km) Briksdalsbren (28km) and Kjendalsbren (30km). An ideal place to relax with the whole family, both winter and summer.

Høyseth is a hidden gem located in the far end of Stardalen valley at the gateway to Jostadal glacier national park. Rent one of our simple and charming cabins that sleep 2-6 persons, put up your tent or park your caravan in the heart of West-Norwegian nature. The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring.
