Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

If you are going to stay in DC, this is the place! Johnathan is extremely responsive and accommodating and had pretty much anything you can think of that you may need- toiletries, coffee, tea, even snacks! Thank you again! Wonderful Airbnb!

This is the cutest house with tons of charm one block away from the Barracks Row restaurants and a quick 5-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market Metro Station. The house was clean, with a well supplied kitchen which was appreciated for breakfast before a busy day as tourists. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens/towels. Alec, the property manager was responsive prior to our stay and provided a very detailed welcome message with what to expect upon arrival. Would recommend for a group/family traveling to the DC area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael's place. The location was excellent- about a block and a half from the Stadium-Armory metro stop which made it super easy to get to the museums and monuments. The neighborhood and home itself were very quiet and welcoming. We had 3 adults and 1 teenager and this was the perfect space for us to hang out after a long day of sight seeing. We enjoyed having the kitchen so we could cook some meals at home. The washer/dryer was also convenient to have. We also appreciated having the private parking space behind the home. We mostly rode the metro, but liked knowing the car was somewhere safe. Micheal was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

Our family stayed in Willie’s beautiful home while our cat was receiving medical treatment nearby. We visited DC and the surrounding area while staying there. We had plenty of room for all five of us. We cooked meals, enjoyed the patio and the front porch. We walked to the metro and waterfront several times and enjoyed the neighborhood. I wish we’d had more time there!

Great space for our two families. Clean and comfortable for us all. Well stocked kitchen and close to the metro. We easily rode into the city each day. Scott was great to communicate with and a wonderful host. Also nice that there was a Target nearby.

Excellent stay! We were a family of 4 from Arizona that traveled to see the sights and family in the DC area. This location was a good price and within walking distance of the Mall area as well as the Metro station. We had to rent a car so Edgar helped provide directions to print out a pass at the local FedEx Office location right down the street. The pass was free and it was surprisingly easy to find spots within a block or 2 of the house. It was also very convenient to have Trader Joe’s and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The location around the area was very nice and we always felt safe walking in the neighborhood. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved Milian's rowhouse with historic and original elements and tastefully decorated. Great location, 6 blocks from the U St. metro and every type of restaurant, service or store in walkable distance. Very responsive and accommodative host. Would stay again next time we're in DC.

Everything was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was also an easy 23 minute walk to the capital building and other sites. Communication and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay! John’s place was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were excellent! The backyard space was relaxing at the end of a busy day and we loved the quiet friendly neighborhood atmosphere with tons of walkable restaurants. Next time we are in town we will be booking again!

We stayed for 2 nights to be close to College Park for our son's graduation. Everything was perfect! Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Rosemarie and Santiago were super easy to communicate with, they accommodated an earlier check-in and provided a parking pass for our 2nd car. Highly recommend!

The place is awesome! I would love to return one day! Make sure you write the guest notebook! I think it is awesome to write in the guest notebook. The location is amazing because of closer food stores and restaurants and museums to visit.

Strategically located. Walking distance from national mall and nearby grocery store, restaurants, and cafe. Very cozy. Love that there are two tv areas so nobody fighting over the who’s watching what. Very cozy place. Also the next best part is driveway/garage parking. Hard to find parking in DC. But with this place we are able to go in and out to different places without worrying about parking. Highly recommend staying here. Especially for families. Rare find in such close proximity to the national mall.

This place was surprisingly amazing! I didn’t expect the house to have 3 levels. Also, the touches and aesthetics were so beautiful. When I go back to Baltimore I will book this place. My sibling kept saying “this is the best AirBNB I’ve been in, thank you bro for getting this.” That warmed my heart. Also, Lashaia’s thoughtfulness and hospitality was above and beyond. Thank you!

Jessica communicated well - responsive and helpful. Location was excellent for our purposes - very close to Riderwood retirement community and just off 95 and 495. House was clean and well set up for us. If we do another group visit to Grandma, we'd be happy to stay again.

This townhouse is a really lovely place to stay. Saad greeted us on arrival and was very communicative throughout the stay. He is a great host. The bedrooms are spacious, the common rooms are bright and welcoming, and the outdoor deck was a lovely place to relax. Plenty of parking (Saad supplied the street permit, along with a garaged space for one car), and the location was very walkable. We hope to visit again. Thank you Saad!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The home had everything we needed and was perfect for a family getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and full of charm. Great for relaxing strolls or exploring local spots. It felt safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Daniel’s basement is beautiful and was a cozy stay. 100% better than a hotel, the only downside was I felt like I was being watched anytime I went outside by this particular neighbor.

We had an amazing stay at Nusrats house. She treated us so well and made us feel incredibly welcome in her home. My young cousins were so excited with the small play area in the upstairs loft. The home was phenomenally clean and easy to find. Her instructions were super clear and straightforward. The house had everything we needed from a coffee machine to an electric kettle. There was plenty of parking which made it easy for the guests to gather. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone considering it.

After a long travel day from the west coast with our 13 month old daughter it was wonderful to arrive at such a peaceful and clean space. It was quiet, spacious for our daughter to safely run around and clean. Eugene was exceptionally helpful and responsive when we had questions. We love the area particularly because we have friends nearby. We were able to walk to the zoo, park, farmers market and enjoyed the private back deck.
