Vacation rentals in Glass Beach

This was our second stay - such a special house situated in a perfect spot. We just love the feel of the place and it’s hard to beat the view and peacefulness of the location. Don’t miss the walk down to the beach (our kids and dog can manage the last little climb down with the rope), or sitting in the hot tub in the morning and evening. Easy drive to Mendocino and other spots as well.

The cabin is situated amongst towering redwoods on a gorgeous private property. There is a short trail to an overlook to see a waterfall and a private fire pit by a small pond. The cabin itself was cute, rustic, and fit 4 adults. WiFi was spotty given the location, but that was fine for us as we wanted to unplug. Overall highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing weekend to explore Mendocino.

Denise is a fantastic host. Not only is the place gorgeous and accessible, but the amenities are top notch. She's very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. We celebrated our one year anniversary here after having a great time last year and this could very well be an annual thing, it's very special to us. Hands down, must stay. An awesome place to stay, and the private beach access was an amazing perk!

Trulee’s guesthouse was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. The Airbnb itself was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with basic essentials (bed was very comfy). It was conveniently located about equidistant from downtown Mendocino and Fort Bragg, so it was easy to explore both areas. Still can’t get over the breathtaking waterfront views. 10/10 would recommend Trulee’s Airbnb to all future guests!

The reviews say it all - this is a 5 star Airbnb perfect for rest and relaxation. John greeted us and was very friendly and responsive. The gardens are beautiful and we were lucky enough to get a clear sky at night which was incredible. The Airbnb is a short drive to the centre of Fort Bragg and around a 15 minute drive to Mendocino both of which are lovely seaside towns to wander around. I also booked in with Paul for a massage, who sorted my aching neck out caused by a few weeks travelling. He’s on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for and I’d highly recommend booking in with him if you are staying at here. It’s a great addition to an already fabulous Airbnb.

We enjoyed the Gull Cottage for a birthday trip. The house was clean, easy to access, and very comfortable. Jennifer communicated quickly on all questions to help get us accommodated. The hot tub and fireplace were very nice features and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, perfect for walking dogs and enjoying nature. We had two issues - the spa jets would not turn off but Jennifer assured us to leave it and they would sort out the problem, and the main tv remote was broken from a prior renter but Jennifer had the remote shipped and delivered during our stay. Overall, great place to stay, great location between Ft. Bragg and Mendocino, and great communication from Jennifer. We plan to visit again.

It was such a cute little place so cozy and great views of the lake and lots of wildlife to enjoy. I’m sure we’ll come again.

We stayed here for a couple of days in March and could not have enjoyed our stay more. We were a party of 12 and the house accommodated us all comfortably. It was clean and tidy, check-in was a breeze, and the host, Michael, was super communicative. The house could not have been in a more beautiful location. We saw so much wildlife, including swans, hawks, turkey, vultures, herons, and even a couple of otters right from our deck. The hot tub and the fire pit in the backyard made it a great place to hang out even with some chilly weather. I would absolutely recommend this booking to anybody interested and will hopefully be back again!
