House with 3 floors, Two bedrooms upstairs and one in furnished basement. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and in the basement. Kitchen and living room in one, with lovely views and two verandas. The house is located in a very peaceful area on our farm, at the end of a road. Here you can lower your shoulders and leave time still. There is nice hiking terrain just outside your doorstep. You can walk on trails in the field, or take the car to popular destinations in the area such as the Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, Jærstrendene, Kongeparken, Sandnes and Stavanger.

Settle down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

we had the most amazing stay here. the host ensured we always had our privacy and never heard them once. the photos Don't do it justice, it's even more beautiful than the photos!! the lake is amazing with the kayaks amd life jackets. we had everything we could possibly need. the host was so responsive and ensured we had everything, and even gave us a bag of logs after we'd asked where to buy them from. I would return in a heart beat! definitely recommend!
