The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. We loved staying at Hussein’s place. Although it was a tad far from Zamalek it was easy and affordable to Uber. Hussein is an amazing host. Anything we needed we just had to ask and he was quick to respond even when we had to check in very late at night. We had a great time.

I stayed in a four bedrooms duplex. It has a great spaces. The ground floor consists of two connected living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs. Really enjoyed my stay. Recommended for big groups. All pictures reflect reality.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Ahmed is an OUTSTANDING HOST. Sharif was of invaluable assistance while we were there. Ahmed took care of all our needs and was flexible when we had to change our plans for a couple of days. he was always just a text or phone call away. He and Sharif are EXCELLENT hosts. i would highly recommend you use them. They were great in scheduling ALL our tours of Cairo, Alexandria and Luxor. They are a class act.

This listing is such an exceptional place, I've been around a few Airbnbs globally but haven't witnessed such service as Prime Residence & exceptional support from Khaled and the team. It's truly a 5 star hotel service at an extremely affordable rate; starting with a concierge service to help with luggage, a reception that offers great refreshments and such friendly people that makes your stay feel super homely. I was impressed that there was a gym in the premises! as well as a truly impressive location which is close to 90th street & the American University in Cairo for any business trips or a selection of 3 mega malls for some shopping or family leisure. There is even an in-house kitchen that serves delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner which I find quite remarkable. If you're looking for a short term or a long term stay in Cairo away from downtown traffic and pollution Prime Residence is the perfect choice no doubt;) Thanks again Khaled & Yara, I hope I see you very soon!

The location is excellent inside the neighborhood and very close to the mall, mosque and garden Furniture is modern and the design of the space is very comfortable and surpasses 5 star hotel designs Access is very easy as it is considered a popular place within the neighborhood There are no defects and I advise everyone to stay in Residence Prime Gathering

I had a wonderful stay at Pyramids Gem Plaza, the place was terrific, staff were so friendly and pyramids panorama from the rooftop was magic.

One of the best apartments overlooking the Nile Very, spacious, luxurious, fully equipped, and we have the owner of the apartment, Mr. Hussain, arranged everything in terms of grocery numbers, laundry, maid and anything that connects you to the door of the apartment.

Youssef was very helpful, and his hospitality was beyond our expectations. He helped us with finding tour guides, ride to and from the airport and pyramids. His communication was superb and would communicate with us at all hours. Extremely highly recommend Youssef as a Super Host! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay for 1 night here. Place is as described. Would stay here again if AC was added to the living room. I like the location and size of this apartment as it is a duplex. You will not hear honking horns here. Also, they need to let everyone know that the elevator cannot take you to the 7th floor, either 8 and walk down or 6 and walk up and requires a keycard.

Yousef was very responsive and helpful! He even suggested few places to eat at. He was flexible in the checkin and checkout processes. The only negative is that the apartment was fairly clean and that one of the rooms was kept for personal use. Wish we knew that before we arrived. Overall very good experience.

I just came back from a vacation i spent in Egypt and I stayed at this nice place for almost a week. My stay experience at this place was lovely. Clean, quiet, secure, and equipped with anything you might need . Location is amazing, close to lots of shopping and entertainment areas. On top of that, it is just a few minutes away from the airport. Special thanks to Youssef (the host) and his family, they live next door and were always available whenever I needed anything . Looking forward to visiting Cairo and staying again at Youssef's apartment!

Staying at Wael’s place was the best way to start our stay in Cairo and in Egypt. He and his wife met us in the middle of the night like we were a family, showed around, gave advice where to eat and do shopping. The place is very cozy, and a little terrasse makes it so charming. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. I can only give my warmest recommendations to Wael. I felt very welcomed, safe and had a great stay.
