Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Givry

We were looking for a cozy and cozy place to stay during my brother's maternity visit, Marlene's cottage was perfect for this, we were also welcome last minute to arrive a day earlier. We felt safe to come home late at night as well. Marlene was very friendly through the app. The cottage radiates warmth ❤️

It's a place you want to keep secret. This cottage is a haven of peace, delightfully decorated where everything is thought out in every detail. It feels like home. Quality bedding, nice dishes, I have rarely seen a cottage with such complete equipment, nothing is missing! The garden is beautiful and the calm is complete, perfect for relaxing! Eliette could not have been a better host. Super friendly lady who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything you need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and had lovely fresh sheets. There’s very little to do in this particular village so you have to travel to the neighbouring villages for bars/restaurants etc so you will need a car. The house is beautifully decorated and cosy, especially with the log fire. My only slight negative was the fact that the bedroom is on the top floor, up a very steep staircase, and the bathroom is downstairs. Apart from that it was lovely ❤️

How do you begin to describe just how peaceful and relaxing Emmanuel’s place is?! If we could have stayed for longer, we would have. The weather was perfect one day for the pool, which can’t be common in October, and that was lovely. The amenities were great, especially useful for a couple with a baby, and the help from Emmanuel throughout was second to none. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back ourselves one day soon!

The place is charming, quiet, and it feels good. The kids were able to enjoy the two very nice terraces, and we were able to bike on the greenway not far away. The owner is very welcoming, friendly, and flexible.

Do not hesitate. This is a perfect location for walking to all the key sites and restaurants in Beaune, two of the best restaurants literally around the corner 1 min away. The design of the apartment is modern, the kitchen is well stocked if you have cooking in mind, the bed is comfy and the shower is great. Pierre-Antoine is friendly and helpful. He rode his bike to Beaune Train Station to meet us when we arrived, and helped us negotiate transport to the apartment. There are essentially no taxis or Ubers in Beaune. The station is easily walkable when you do not have much luggage. We agree with the comments that this is not an apartment for you if you have mobility issues.

The fire was already burning and we felt right at home from the first moment. The apartment is very creative, imaginative and tastefully designed. We are more than happy to recommend !

Very nice apartment with a lot of character, in the heart of historic city center, close to all amenities. Lots of charm, quiet and well-equipped. Edouard was very attentive and made our stay very enjoyable!

Allan is a very nice and helpful host! The apartment is right in the centre of Beaune, close to the main attractions. Furniture is modern, functional and stylish. I kindly recommend to stay at this apartment!

The place was perfect with lots of charm. Small downside, no tv and the main room a little cold, conversely the room is a little too hot.

Very pleasant stay, quiet, very nice house and very nice outside. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi without moderation... to the delight of young and old.

We had a great time with friends at Marie Laurence's, the house is very nice with many amenities available, whether for cooking or for all activities (billiards, table tennis, foosball, pétanque,...), and even access to tennis, football and basketball classes just across the street! Marie Laurence was also very available, responsive and welcoming. I recommend it without reservations!

Breathtaking views from the terrace of this beautiful townhouse. It has been tastefully renovated and offers quality services. Contrary to what is indicated, we had an independent arrival and departure with a key box but it is not a problem. When we needed something (cushions for garden furniture), the response was very quick! Thank you for everything

We had a great stay! Marie Anne’s broth Jean-Pierre was incredibly helpful. They helped us organize a private dinner in the cellar of the building, and provided helpful local recommendations as well. We would love to come stay here again in the summer so we could take advantage of the outdoor space as well! Thank you!

Very enjoyable stay in the heart of Burgundy - located in a lovely hamlet. Spacious and very well appointed house with a good size heated pool. Good variety of terraces to sit out on and large sitting room with wood-burning stove for the chilly evenings. Very comfortable and easy to live in. Excellent base for walks and cycle rides and quickly into Beaune by car for the markets and restaurants.

We rented Véronique's cottage for a family weekend. We had nice weather and the outside of the house is extra. Young and old were able to enjoy this. Inside, everything is OK, because it is an old building, the sound insulation between the top and bottom is not great but not disturbing if the cottage is rented by the same family. Véronique welcomed us very well and is very nice

What a truly amazing property in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were fabulous, friendly with lots of local knowledge and recommendations for things to see - the perfect spot for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge. I will definitely return as I fell in love with this tranquil area of France.
