Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Givry

We were looking for a cozy and cozy place to stay during my brother's maternity visit, Marlene's cottage was perfect for this, we were also welcome last minute to arrive a day earlier. We felt safe to come home late at night as well. Marlene was very friendly through the app. The cottage radiates warmth ❤️

It's a place you want to keep secret. This cottage is a haven of peace, delightfully decorated where everything is thought out in every detail. It feels like home. How do you begin to describe just how peaceful and relaxing Emmanuel’s place is?! If we could have stayed for longer, we would have. The weather was perfect one day for the pool, which can’t be common in October, and that was lovely. The amenities were great, especially useful for a couple with a baby, and the help from Emmanuel throughout was second to none. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back ourselves one day soon!

The place is charming, quiet, and it feels good. The kids were able to enjoy the two very nice terraces, and we were able to bike on the greenway not far away. The owner is very welcoming, friendly, and flexible.

Do not hesitate. This is a perfect location for walking to all the key sites and restaurants in Beaune, two of the best restaurants literally around the corner 1 min away. The design of the apartment is modern, the kitchen is well stocked if you have cooking in mind, the bed is comfy and the shower is great. Pierre-Antoine is friendly and helpful. He rode his bike to Beaune Train Station to meet us when we arrived, and helped us negotiate transport to the apartment. There are essentially no taxis or Ubers in Beaune. The station is easily walkable when you do not have much luggage. We agree with the comments that this is not an apartment for you if you have mobility issues.

The fire was already burning and we felt right at home from the first moment. The apartment is very creative, imaginative and tastefully designed. We are more than happy to recommend !

All I can say is amazing. By far, this was my favorite Airbnb experience. Nathalie was very responsive and helpful in getting to the property. Once there, Nathalie and her husband made our group feel comfortable and welcome, like we were at home. The accommodations were exactly as listed, clean, well maintained and inviting. The pool and surrounding patio, set in the rural French countryside, was stunning. Sitting poolside even came with a special visit from Sven, the resident Mancoon (very large cat), who was friendly and entertaining to observe. Nathalie went above and beyond, making dinner reservations at a local restaurant, pouring local wines and prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning. Can’t say enough about this property and location, the only disappointment was having to leave this place. Will definitely plan a return visit.

We spent three really nice days at Lucien's. He made it very easy for us to feel comfortable: beautiful old house with garden and pool, perfect for us. Besides, Lucien is a wonderful host and person. We're so glad we got to meet him. Thank you, Lucien, for the enriching conversations!

Allan is a very nice and helpful host! The apartment is right in the centre of Beaune, close to the main attractions. Furniture is modern, functional and stylish. I kindly recommend to stay at this apartment!

The place was perfect with lots of charm. Small downside, no tv and the main room a little cold, conversely the room is a little too hot.

We had a great time with friends at Marie Laurence's, the house is very nice with many amenities available, whether for cooking or for all activities (billiards, table tennis, foosball, pétanque,...), and even access to tennis, football and basketball classes just across the street! Marie Laurence was also very available, responsive and welcoming. I recommend it without reservations!

The accommodation perfectly matched our needs and Patricia and Didier did everything they could to facilitate our stay. The icing on the cake: a superb pool table even though my son found that it must have been rigged (one wonders why😏)

Breathtaking views from the terrace of this beautiful townhouse. It has been tastefully renovated and offers quality services. Contrary to what is indicated, we had an independent arrival and departure with a key box but it is not a problem. When we needed something (cushions for garden furniture), the response was very quick! Thank you for everything

we stayed for a week with the family of 7 people. We really enjoyed the pool and garden around it. You can have a good time with all the amenities in and around the house. Christian is a friendly host and easily and quickly accessible. There was a lot of privacy and tranquility around the house. Lovely place to relax. We really enjoyed our week.

Very enjoyable stay in the heart of Burgundy - located in a lovely hamlet. Spacious and very well appointed house with a good size heated pool. Good variety of terraces to sit out on and large sitting room with wood-burning stove for the chilly evenings. Very comfortable and easy to live in. Excellent base for walks and cycle rides and quickly into Beaune by car for the markets and restaurants.

We rented Véronique's cottage for a family weekend. We had nice weather and the outside of the house is extra. Young and old were able to enjoy this. Inside, everything is OK, because it is an old building, the sound insulation between the top and bottom is not great but not disturbing if the cottage is rented by the same family. Véronique welcomed us very well and is very nice

What a truly amazing property in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were fabulous, friendly with lots of local knowledge and recommendations for things to see - the perfect spot for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge. I will definitely return as I fell in love with this tranquil area of France.
