Maria Carolina's apartment is excellent for a long stay, it is comfortable , beautiful, with all the amenities, very safe building, safe area, close to everything you need. Maria Carolina as a host is EXCELLENT, very kind, attentive and quick response when I wrote to her. I recommend the apartment for everything and if I go back to Bucaramanga I would repeat for sure. Wonderful apartment that worked out perfectly for our 2 weeks there. Everything is beautifully furnished and the lounge chairs were really nice. Great safe location in the Provenza barrio. Samantha made us feel right at home and helped with everything that came up. Would definitely stay again.

Oscar was a great host, he was attentive to everything he needed, if I needed transportation, recommendations and to watch because the place was comfortable for me. In terms of location, it is a very good area, walkable even at night without feeling insecurity and very close to the shopping centers in the area which are interconnected with each other and gives a sense of extra security. Highly recommended!!

We had an absolutely amazing few days in this apartment. From the moment we arrived (even from the reservation), the host was very attentive and helpful, the apartment was impeccably clean, with all the amenities and the views were awesome. A great space for short or long stays. It is very complete , comfortable and in a very quiet area. Easily accessible and timely responses to requirements.
