Vacation rentals with beach access in Gipuzkoa

Belen's place was wonderful for my family. The location was perfect to easily walk to restaurants, to the beach, to the funicular to igueldo and was a quick bus ride to old town. The best part of the apartment was the side room overlooking part of the city and mountains, we spent a lot of time each morning and before bed sitting out there, enjoying the view. The street parking was very easy and cheap by the apartment. Belen was very responsive every time we messaged and sent so much helpful information or places to see, places to eat, and places to explore outside of San Sebastian. We all felt very comfortable and at home in her apartment and were so sad to leave!

Olga and Jorge’s home was an absolute delight. Perfectly located in the heart of Donostia, it’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped and generously stocked with amenities—Olga and Jorge have truly thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched, and they provided us with many helpful tips and local insights. The use of their parking space was an added bonus and made exploring the area even easier. San Sebastián itself is incredible, and this home made our stay all the more memorable. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return someday. With San Martin Square just outside the door—featuring a supermarket, cafés, and great shopping—and the beach only steps away, the location couldn’t be better. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had.

What a wonderful stay. Ideal location especially if you want to go surfing/kite and wind surfing. Apart from that there are several restaurants in the near vicinity. Will most definitely come back.

I know with today’s tech, you can communicate with host and never meet in person. Ana met us at the door, walked us through the apartment, showed us where everything was. She told us all her favorite restaurants, shopping haunts. Those personal touches make a difference. We loved the place. Of note there is only one bathroom which is clearly stated.

The apartment was very comfortable and had room between furniture throughout. Beds were all good and the closets had more than usual space with desks, hangers, blankets, etc. The kitchen was equipped as necessary for light meals, much better than some other rentals.

Everything was great, Marian's apartment just as seen in the photos, with all the amenities and what you could need to be staying there. A nice, comfortable, clean apartment that makes you feel at home and Marian is attentive to anything we could need, as well as offer us tips and help to move from Renteria. That's how it's nice to host.

Joseba was a great host. Very responsive and nice. The accommodation was compliant and we were hosted very well by her sister. We were able to leave our luggage and enjoy the city from our arrival. The accommodation is well located with a very nice terrace with a beautiful view, 2 beautiful bedrooms. It has everything you need. Very happy with our stay!

The apartment was great. There was no shortage of details. Very good location, central location close to the harbor and the beach. Miren is a really nice host. She has given us references of places to visit that have helped us through our trip. We will definitely repeat if we return to the area again.

Lorea was an excellent host, flexible on check in timings and very accommodating. Her house was extremely cosy to stay in and the garden was fantastic!

We were very comfortable, comfortable and clean apartment, the street below has a lot of atmosphere, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor, parks for the kids... the kids had a great time, Samuel attentive and very kind, that's how it should be. Thank you for everything!!

We spent a week here. It was comfortable and well equipped for our family group, which included a toddler, baby and dog. The garden is ideal for both adults and children. The location was really good, within walking distance to both beach and San Pedro Street (where all restaurants are). Bus to San Sebastian from end of the Street was useful. The house was very clean and kitchen really well equipped. Communication with hosts was particularly good - they responded very quickly. I would be happy to return.

We had very nice vacation days in Jorge's apartment. It is very bright, beautiful and practically furnished. Location is great, quiet and yet centrally located between the pedestrian zone and the beach. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Jorge always responds very quickly. A defective drain in the bathroom was repaired in record time (informed in the evening, the plumber came in the morning). If the courtyard entrance is too narrow for larger vehicles, there is plenty of street parking.

We loved staying in Eneko’s place! It was in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood about 20-30 min walk to the old town. The apartment itself was super well equipped with everything we needed. Eneko also very kindly picked us up from the bus station when we arrived really late on a Friday night and gave us loads of recommendations for things to do in San Sébastien.

We were greeted by Espe and Juan in a very friendly way. Oh, a short but comprehensive introduction was able to start our vacation. The apartment is cozy, quietly located. Within 10 minutes you can walk to the beach, in 25 minutes in the old town. However, there are many stairs to cope - especially on the way back. However, there is also a good bus connection. The bus stops a few meters from the house. Not only in the old town, but also in the neighborhood there are numerous Pintxo bars... check-in & check-out were no problem.

Excellent stay and highly recommend! Urko was extremely helpful and responsive. The location was beautiful and the view was outstanding. Easy walk to town and close to many restaurants. Beds were comfortable and everything was pristine.

Great place and we had a really great stay overall! Location is prime with great access to all that San Sebastián has to offer. Host was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

Helen kept us well informed of where to park and arrival instructions. We arrived later than expected due to car issues and she arranged for a lovely helpful friend to meet us. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, with everything that you could need plus lots of extra touches. There was milk, Beer, water and soft drink in the fridge which was appreciated and plenty of tea/ coffee and condiments if needed. The apartment was spacious and everywhere smelt clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Helens place

This is a fabulous place to stay. Four good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a spa bath and one with a shower. There is a very large lounge with comfortable sofas and a largeTV. There is a nice outdoor terrace and a very well stocked kitchen. Cristina clearly loves her home.

An excellent experience all around. The place was immaculate and the view was spectacular. Great communication. I highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous location and beautiful home. Only 5 minute walk from the amazingly beautiful beach with great surfing opportunities, 2 minutes to a supermarket, less than 10 min to a train station for day trips to San Sebastian. My parents, 2 kids, brother, husband and I each had sufficient space in this roomy, lovely apartment. We cooked a lot in the kitchen. We felt like we were staying in a loved family home with great character. Maria is such a responsive and helpful host.

excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment with a nice terrace. appreciate having laundry soap, paper towels etc available so we didnt have to go out and buy these. expensive apt compared to other comparable apartments I have stayed at in France and Spain but my understanding is that San Sebastian is one of the most expensive locations in Sapin.
