Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to the town of Winnipeg Beach with several restaurants and stores.

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.

Small Cottage in the woods

This small secluded cottage is situated on a six acre heavily treed lot. It can be enjoyed in the summer or in the winter. Plenty of room for extra cars, camper trailers, tents, snowmobile trailers etc. Guests will enjoy a Smart TV, WiFi, a covered outdoor sitting area with bbq, darts, horseshoes and a fire pit. Close to Albert beach, Traverse Bay boat launch,Grand Pines golf course and just steps away from ATV/snowmobile trails. The Cabin is perfect for 2 people.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Enjoy Gimli by being 40 paces away from the beach and a short walk to shops, playgrounds, spray park and restaurants. This fully renovated and 4 season cottage boasts comfortable beds, multiple seating areas and a new bright new kitchen. This cottage is ideal for hanging at the beach in the summer, enjoying the fall colours and either ice fishing or snowmobiling in the winter. NOTE- 7 DAY MINIMUM IN THE SUMMER !

The cabin is family friendly and has toys, and supplies for young kids. Pack and play, high chair, kids dinnerware etc. Pets are also welcome! Timber framed small house (480 sf) with two separate bedrooms accessed via ships ladder. Bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Built in 2017. Conveniently located next to a 10 acre provincial park (public beach, boardwalk, dog friendly beach, tennis courts, play structures and town amenities (grocery store, restaurants, arcade, yoga studio).
