Beautiful traditional house, very well maintained and with everything we needed. Located in a very quiet residential area but very close to Avilés. Nuria was very communicative and made everything very easy for us. I would definitely repeat.

Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful rural setting just 15 minutes from the city. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, it truly felt like home. Alejandra is an outstanding host: warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We would absolutely consider returning.

A beautiful house, with attention to every last detail. The garden is more of the same, very well kept with different areas to relax. Well-enclosed property, ideal if you are taking a getaway with your 4-legged friends. Located in an ideal area to disconnect, all the countryside around it, which for us is part of the charm, and with the plus of having restaurants nearby (you can walk to a restaurant) and 20 minutes by car from Gijón. Jorge, super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and an experience to be repeated.

We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Highly recommended.

Spacious, bright, fully equipped apartment with a beautiful garden and 2 bedrooms. You could barbecue and relax outside, good to escape the hustle and bustle of the cities.

We had great time at this apartment. Clean, cosy and well located. We enjoyed the big park nearby. And the beach is a walk distance. It was easy to park our car at the stadium parking anytime. And we loved to discover all the beauties of Asturias region. The apparent is well equipped, we were able to cook our favourite dishes and feel like home. An absolutely delightful apartment and the most gracious and responsive hosts. This was the perfect location from which to walk to all the sites beautiful Oviedo has to offer. We had an incredibly memorable meal just steps away from our front door, Ca Suso. We made a reservation in the morning for a 2:45pm meal. The tasting menu was fabulous. The parking was just a 2 min walk away in a spacious public paid lot. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, well equipped and we adored the terrace. Luckily we had sunny, warm weather so it was enjoyable to sit on and perfect for quickly drying laundry. We stayed on a weekend so Oviedo’s bars were buzzing but all was quiet inside this cozy apartment. Highly recommend!!

This place was amazing! Full of restaurants, cafes and markets on the street and surrounded areas but once you get inside, you are in a quiet and amazing place. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms had everything we needed. The terraza was amazing to just relax with some wine or coffee in the morning. The place is only two blocks from the train station and another three from the bus station. All the touristic areas are at walking distance and it’s super clean and safe at all hours. Carmen was responsive and friendly and we even found great books about Asturias. We will certainly come back

Juanjo was waiting for us as we arrived in the car. The place is really peaceful and when you open the doors all you can hear are birds singing and cowbells. We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment had everything we needed. Juanjo gave us lots of information that was helpful and he is very friendly. Cheers Tony and Karen.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We've recently had the pleasure of staying at Ruth her studio, it was an unforgettable experience! The studio itself is cozy and well-appointed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom. However, the highlight is undoubtedly the terrace. With breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and countryside, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is ideal for those seeking a connection with nature. It's just a short drive from the village Infiesto, providing easy access to local shops and restaurants, yet secluded enough to offer peace and privacy. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and exploring the natural beauty of Asturias. Ruth was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This studio is a hidden gem for anyone looking to experience the serene beauty of the Asturian countryside. We highly recommend it and look forward to return in the future.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The apartment is magnificent, the place is quiet and beautiful, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be able to relax, but at the same time, a short walk from the highway and the city of Gijón. Many thanks to Isabel and Ramón, Alberto's parents, for treating us incredibly well. A luxury to have shared our stay with them. We already miss Asturias!! A big hug to both of you.

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints
