Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gijón

Very happy with the service received from both Lucia and Eloy. They welcomed and received us from day one and were always very helpful. The location and the apartment are wonderful. We were lucky to have been able to find what suited our needs.

Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

The house is equal to the pictures. The last stretch of access is by a path, but thanks to it you reach a secluded place, with excellent views, no noise, no neighbors, full of vegetation and a renovated house with a lot of personality, which is impeccable, smells clean in every corner, with lots of utensils and is perfectly adapted to rest, barbecue, play board games, watch netflix.. Also at night it has a terrace with super nice sofas and light bulbs. Just 20 minutes from the beach and towns such as Oviedo or Gijón. And the hosts are always attentive to what you might need. Everything is perfect!

A beautiful house, with attention to every last detail. The garden is more of the same, very well kept with different areas to relax. Well-enclosed property, ideal if you are taking a getaway with your 4-legged friends. Located in an ideal area to disconnect, all the countryside around it, which for us is part of the charm, and with the plus of having restaurants nearby (you can walk to a restaurant) and 20 minutes by car from Gijón. Jorge, super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and an experience to be repeated.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

Beautiful house! Comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a great few days. Sergio was very attentive from the beginning and was careful that we were happy to communicate every day. In addition, she had the detail to give us some cookies, chucherías for the children, cider and some traditional sweets. It's nice to stay in such a beautiful environment with such a dedicated host. Also her neighbor has been really nice to us and the kids. We have had a fantastic stay and have even been able to do goodbye BBQ. I definitely recommend it 100% and I would come back to continue enjoying Asturias in an area that connects me to my ancestors and the beauty of nature.

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were with a baby and they left us a crib and things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to get around to explore the area. They have ample parking.

Host Juan and his wife were very attentive to our safe arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Juan and his son. The apartment is very nice, clean and well organized. In addition, there is a nice terrace and a beautiful view that overlooks the river and part of the sea. From there, there's plenty to discover and outings to do. Don't hesitate.

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt, it was the best apartment we've ever been to. With large storage capacity and all the appliances impeccable, very new. The terrace is great! The bed is comfortable, which is highly valued, with a high-power hairdryer. The location of the apartment is perfect, you have everything at hand, supermarkets, market, bars… the apartment is large and very nice, but above all very clean. Unbeatable value for money! They have touches like a kit so that your pet has a place to drink and eat with its own towel, as☺️ well as other touches!! The 2 TVs are an added bonus and with many channels. They made us feel right at home, and we owe them our thanks for all the attention and kindness they gave us. Always ready to assist us. I definitely recommend it 100%. We loved Oviedo, we'll stay with them again when we come back!! It has been a pleasure !!

An absolutely delightful apartment and the most gracious and responsive hosts. This was the perfect location from which to walk to all the sites beautiful Oviedo has to offer. We had an incredibly memorable meal just steps away from our front door, Ca Suso. We made a reservation in the morning for a 2:45pm meal. The tasting menu was fabulous. The parking was just a 2 min walk away in a spacious public paid lot. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, well equipped and we adored the terrace. Luckily we had sunny, warm weather so it was enjoyable to sit on and perfect for quickly drying laundry. We stayed on a weekend so Oviedo’s bars were buzzing but all was quiet inside this cozy apartment. Highly recommend!!

Very good apartment, close to downtown Oviedo with beautiful views and an incredible terrace. The service was impeccable, very attentive and friendly at all times. We will definitely repeat!

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Alicia is a great host, she helped us a lot and was super attentive with some personal difficulties we had, nothing to do with the accommodation that is exceptional, clean and very well kept, with a wonderful location. Celsa was an amazing host! Always reaching out, asking how she could help, came to welcome us into the house and we felt right at home! He mom even made delicious cookies for us!! It was so sweet, we met her dad outside taking a morning walk one day and he was so wholesome. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re with family and want to feel right in the hills of Asturias in an authentic place! It is just about 20 min from both Gijon and Oviedo, which is incredible so you can go for a day visit whenever you want and even have dinner there and then come back in for the night so quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for, I wish we stayed longer and used that beautiful outdoor patio! One thing to notice, which is already in the listing (so no surprises there) is that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or carry a lot of bags/heavy strollers, it might be something to consider.
