Nice apartment in a traditional Japanese house above the public baths (takanoyu). Outdated charm and spartan comfort (futons, toilet on the landing and shower on the ground floor). Host speaks English and gives lots of helpful tips. Warm welcome

We stayed here with a family of four. - quiet location and yet in the center of the old town - many shops and restaurants nearby - very spacious house

Great place on a quiet street but still a short walk to the old town and station. Japanese style with one western double bed but floor sleeping was still perfectly comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Great convenient location and the room was clean and nice!

We also used it for the event. The check-in time was not clear until the last minute, and they responded flexibly. The guidance after check-in was friendly and I was able to use it with peace of mind. You're a very kind host. The place is well cleaned and you can have a comfortable stay with no shortage of amenities. I cooked myself this time, but the kitchen was mostly stocked.

The peaceful surrounds and immaculate maintenance of Gujo's historical infrastructure could only be matched by the heart warming, gentle and friendliness offered by the host Masa-San. We will return during the winter! thank you Masa for being such an amazing host to our family.

Super nice and cozy site, you can see the quality of the materials in all places, everything is taken care of to the smallest detail. We felt right at home!

Love the coziness of the place, huge bathroom and the one of the most comfortable bed i had slept on during my trip in Japan. Host have a good lists of recommended foods and place to visit.

It was close to Gifu Hashima Station, making it an easy-to-understand place. Convenience stores and supermarkets were also conveniently located nearby. The room was beautiful and stylish with a small rise of tatami mats. In addition, there was a projector, and I was able to enjoy the internet video. The kitchen is also fully equipped, so I think it is suitable for long-term stays.

We stayed at Koki san’s place for about two weeks and it had everything we need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space and had a lot of amenities. Having the supermarket across the street was very convenient as well. We did not have a car while staying here. But I would recommend having a car as the bus schedule is limited and it can take a long time to go to some places.

Cool apartment not far from a train station it was a bit difficult to find but then we got along in the photo it would have looked like other linens but in fact not critical everything else was great

Great experience!It is also safe to live around Nagoya University, there are two subway lines on the Honzan Line and Meijo Line, you can get to many places ~ There is also a good tasting wing of their house.Shared kitchen, iron and washing machine are available to guests in the common space. The shower in the room is relatively small, not very convenient.Everything else would be nice to recommend

100% same as the photo, clear and detailed instructions about the apartment from Toshio San, clean and new, near to Hisayaodori Station I totally enjoy the stay :)

The room is very nice and comfortable. It is on the first floor and has a free parking lot near the building. The host, Mr. ケイキ, is a nice person and helpful. After we went to OSAKA, our daughter left her earphones in the room. Mr. ケイキhelp us solve the problem and get the stuff back. Thank you very much.

The room is very large, the living facilities are fully equipped, the hot water air conditioning is very good, the subway station is a 5-minute walk, the location is very good, the host is warm and polite, and positively answered my questions!

The hosts, Junichi san and Puy san are very accomodating and hospitable. The tourist spots are accessible from their airbnb. Hida Kokubunji is just accross the place. Our family enjoyed our stay.😊😊😊

The only regret is that there are no elevators (which was clearly stated in the introduction), but the entire place is conveniently located, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I really like it!

Great for a large group with very well equipped kitchen and heated flooring. Check in process was a little lengthy and car park was tricky to find as it was further from the house - we had to stop at a random car park first before double checking the photo directions. Second car used coin parking that was very near the house and capped at 500Y for 24h. Overall very clean and comfortable place wish we could stay longer! Very worth what we paid.
