The area - exquisite, the price - irresistible. He gives bikes to use for free and motorcycles for a small fee - we used, and enjoyed, both. Beyond breakfast he gave us potatoes and other things to make our own soup in the kitchen. (Cute children btw) A quiet and close to nature area. Short ride to 'Highlights'.

This is part of "Trang An Legend", which is a very nice place. It is at the very end of the village and thus offers appealing views of the surrounding nature, including the typical rocks of the area. The place is quiet and pleasant, and it has a nice swimming pool. What you get is, other than stated, not a bungalow, but a small appartment in a three storey-building. That didn't matter to me, the room is spacious and clean and has great views, and I wouldn't have wanted to trade it for one of the bungalows (which they also have). I recommend this place and this room!

What a wonderful stay we had with my two daughters! We were welcomed as if we were part of the family. The place is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kua was always attentive to us and helped us with our organization for visiting the surroundings. The house is located 20/30 minutes drive from the wonders of Ninh Binh. Kua's parents can either take you for a motorcycle ride around the area, or you can also rent bikes from them. It is 10/15 minutes from a very beautiful pagoda to visit away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Each meal shared with Kua's parents was a real pleasure of flavors and a beautiful moment of sharing! I was able to learn how to make tofu. 🥰 Being a bit far from supermarkets, remember to bring your favorite snacks just in case 😄 For an immersion in Vietnamese culture, this is the perfect place. What a wonderful Homestay for our trip to Ninh Binh! The room we had was spacious and clean. The wifi was faster than what we thought it would be for Ninh Binh. When we did a speed test we got around 50mbps for the download and about 15mbps for upload. It’s within easy walking distance to minimarts, even a little pharmacy at the end of the street, and other restaurants. We also had food and drinks at the Homestay which are delicious. Portion sizes are pretty good too. It was easy to get around using the motorbikes we hired from the Homestay. The family here are very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and generous. They really did make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Trang An is such a beautiful part of Ninh Binh and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend Kong’s Homestay!

Nice little cosy hotel. Room was spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids). Bed was comfortable. All in all clean (not super-clean). Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. You can rent a bike for little money and explore the area. Restaurants in walking distance. Host are very nice. We liked it!

If we could rate it more than 5 stars we would! This location is beyond breathtaking, probably the most beautiful homestay in Ninh Binh. The rooms are spacious and clean and the check in process was so easy. The best part however were the hosts, who were so welcoming and friendly. Organising transport to/ from Hanoi and day tours were a breeze. Food was yummy too, we recommend the mango shakes. Would definitely come back here!

Our host and her family were very welcoming. She was very helpful and even recommended us a tour. We are also very thankful to her for helping us out: we were wrongfully charged twice for the tour, and our host did not rest until everything was settled (she managed to give us the money back, even though we were already in another location). The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is quiet, but near the center of Tam Coc. Overall a great stay.

Very helpful start. We arrived at 4am and the staff was able to help get us a room last minute so we didn’t have to wait outside for check in. Would recommend hiring a bike to go to the Mua Caves.

Thánh and his wife were the perfect hosts as they allowed us to check in early morning after our sleeper which was very kind. They gave us very good local recommendations, were always happy to help , very friendly and always happy with to chat with us. They provide a brilliant laundry service, motorbike hire as well the location being perfect. The room itself was fantastic as it was clean, comfy and very spacious. Thanks for a fantastic stay and can’t recommend highly enough 🇻🇳❤️.

Duong and his wife's place is a huge favorite. Thank you for your kindness, for all the recommendations and for arranging us before and after our reservation. The accommodation is very well located. Cleanliness level in the room or pool, that's fine. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant is just great, both on the quality and the price. Finally, the wifi connection is very good (I had to work there and had no problems). Our experience in Ninh Binh was exceptional thanks to Duong and his wife. Go ahead, you won't regret it!

We stayed here a few nights with another family .The location is peaceful, and run by a beautiful family. The food was fresh and tasty and they were very accommodating. A perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beauty of Ninh binh. Highly recommend.

great hosts, and ok breakfast, pool was a dream. the grounds are so pretty. david at the front desk was attentive. beds are hard. easy to find alternative eats in the area. they can arrange travel for you. hi to Meow Meow !

very lovely host and staffs. I didn't get the listed room due to prior guest's changed of schedule. The bungalow I was assigned to was a lot smaller (would be very inconvenient if you are traveling with big luggages). there are a lot of bugs in the area, so highly recommend to bring bug repellent spray/cream. there were 2 times the entire unit had power outage (just something to be expected for the area), but it was inconvenient because the entire unit was so dark and stuffy without light and AC, and the hot water would not work once the power is out. the airbnb is super close to the Trang An boat rides, and about 10min drive to then old town walk and 20min drives to other popular attractions. A big plus isnthat they provide free breakfast with a lot of options and with drink, fruits, yogurt.

A little piece of paradise away from the noise of the city, we highly recommend this accommodation! The place is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The gardens are stunning, the room is clean, and the small terrace is very pleasant for enjoying the view. In the morning, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and all the services are of high quality. Lovely homestay! Rented a bicycle from them and was able to get everywhere I wanted to go easily. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious! Would definitely return.
