Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

The 3 rooms are bright and very well equipped.Enjoy the wonderful view from the roof deck, which provides places to relax and to lounge in the sun.The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The guest apartment is part of the Hollerhof, whose atmosphere I have shaped as an artist. You will find peace and relaxation under old trees, in sunny meadow, in shaded garden oases, there are hammocks, campfires and a ruin garden with terrace. 5 minutes walk close is the Krumme lake, all around amazing scenery. Get out of the city, into nature and just relax... Our small former washhouse of the manor is located within the complex in the garden area behind the manor house and is accessible via a large entrance gate. Directly in front of the complex there is a small lake, which is ideal for anglers, among other things. Behind the small guest house (outside the fenced complex) extends the large old castle park, which invites you to stroll.

Our small red brick house is and has always been an oasis to rest, relax, cook and dine well with friends, or just enjoy the Uckermark as a couple. This should continue to be the case and that is why we wish for guests who like to enjoy it as much as we do. You can enjoy two bicycles, several small swimming lakes in the area, a bathtub from grandma's time ... and a garden that invites you to relax.

The GDR bungalow with 80m² was extensively renovated by us. The cottage stands in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The furnishings are basic. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, refrigerator and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located just next to the entrance. In the living area, there is a sofa, which is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. Via the staircase you enter the sleeping floor.

A Hide Away in the countryside! A small but nice trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The car stands on a farm on the outskirts of the village on a 1.3h property. The Uckersee is about 500 m away (road longer!) , Prenzlau just under 2 km. In the main house there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect for escaping the city's stress!
