Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The country house was built in 1983 with a lot of oak wood and half-timbered elements. The number of vacation options is almost unlimited. Hikes, bike rides and Tennis courts on surrounding courts and halls. The nearest golf course is about 12 km away. Two reservoirs nearby invite you to swim and fish in summer. The vacation home is part of a former farm. We have two vacation homes, one for 8 and one for 10 people and a newly renovated apartment for 2 people. The houses are detached on a hill in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. The houses are very comfortably furnished and flooded with light through the large patio doors with dream views. The view alone lets the soul wander!
