Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gérardmer

An incredible accommodation in the middle of the forest, facing the mountain. The children played on the swing and climbed the trees, and the parents enjoyed the incredible view! Please plan your shopping before arriving as the first supermarket is 15-20 minutes' drive away. Lots of super nice activities around. In short, great, we'll be back with pleasure!

Marie is a warm and welcoming person. His house is cozy. The only drawback for families with young children is that the beautiful terrace does not connect with the children's playground which is visible from the living rooms of the house, but on the other hand it is great when you prepare the meal and they play. Otherwise the place is magical! Truly a little piece of heaven!

We booked the villa for one night, it's sublime. The location of the villa is the biggest positive point, a few minutes from Geradmer. Right next to several hiking trails! When we are in the garden we hear the sound of the river, it is peaceful and relaxing! The views are splendid! The bedding of the double beds is very comfortable, less comfortable for the single beds. Nothing to complain about regarding the cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms but to review in the common areas (e.g. a lot of dust in the living room TV furniture). Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Great sauna but unfortunately the Jacuzzi has no power in the nozzles (no bubbles). This is a shame because we booked this villa for the jacuzzi, so the price is a little high knowing that the bed linen is an extra €10/person. Constructive criticism: maybe leave a user manual for the jacuzzi and review the cleaning of the common areas, we will be back!

Very friendly and pleasant little house in a beautiful green setting and very well located close to the "Plateau of 1000 Ponds"! Very good discreet and efficient hosting from our hosts! We'll go back!

The house and garden are a dream! Everything was as described and we had a great weekend at Julie's house. We thought for three families one bathroom could be difficult, but with the additional toilet it went better than expected! All in all, totally recommended, we would definitely come back!

Very nice, quiet accommodation. The amenities are great, the essentials are there. The bedding is perfect. The environment is very relaxing and soothing. The access and amenities by the river are very appreciated. We had a stay full of nice encounters and easy and very pretty walks. Laure and Hervé's advice were very good. We recommend visiting the Chèvrerie des Bois pâtures in Servance and the soap factory of the Milles étangs de Melisey . We'll be back again 💕

We spent a few days with the whole family in Francois's beautiful house for the second time. Everyone, even the children felt very comfortable, a real family house. Large, well equipped, quietly located on the edge of the forest. We will be happy to come back next year.

We were 13 people in the villa over the weekend, we enjoyed it very much. Everything in the complex was great and very well maintained and above all clean! We ate at a restaurant on Saturday evenings where we can highly recommend (Chez les fonfons) 5 minutes by car. There was plenty of room for everyone, it was very quiet. Shopping facilities can be reached within 10 minutes by car (Lidl, Aldi). You had everything you needed for a vacation in an apartment. The host was very friendly and was always available.

Very nice weekend at Sebastien's. The cottage is very well equipped, special mention to the two large terraces. Sébastien is very responsive, thank you for the kind attention when we arrived!
