Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay in your home. Beautiful surroundings, good tips. Merci for the thoughtful welcome. The representation of your photos reflects reality. The cat is quiet and on its own. We made the walk out of the tips, go swimming to the swimming pool with slides vitam, visited the towns of yvoire and annecy. Furthermore, we have been near bonneville to mini golf and toboggan run and in lusac with cable car up for a walk with a view of mont blanc.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. We had a pleasant stay in this lovely well-renovated house between Annecy and Geneva. The view of the surrounding Alps is ideal for relaxing, especially when a ray of sunshine peeks through. Ideal for large families or couples with children. We recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay. Good location walking distance to the village in a quiet location. Well equipped and comfortable apartment for a short stay. We know the area really well and have stayed in a few places and this was a great place as a base for the area. Jean-Claude was very friendly and responsive to our questions before we arrived and met us at the property to check us in. Will come back again soon.

Very cozy accommodation, very pleasant and exactly what we needed for a weekend with girlfriends:) Spacious, clean, well located.

The Villa was lovely and the rooms have been finished to a high standard and were well equiped. We enjoyed having a plunge pool and there were plenty of areas in the villa to socialise. It was also great to have the hotel next door, so we could use the restaurants and bar. We had an issue with spilt food in the fridge that had not been cleaned when we arrived. clearly it had been forgotten by housekeeping, and although we raised it with the hotel, housekeeping never came to clean it. When you have paid this much, you expect everything to be perfect! Also the walk to the lake is either along a busy road or down a steep woodland path - no good for small children or older people.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

We stayed in this wonderful location to party New Year's Eve. What about the house is wonderful, it enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and the spaces are generous. There were 10 of us and we were super comfortable and the house was super equipped. Mathilde has always been kind and available for our every need and if there is an opportunity we will be very happy to come back maybe in summer to enjoy the pool.

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful surroundings, very close to the ski slopes and Helen made sure that our every need was taken care of! Would definitely come back! Recommended !

An extremely pleasant stay! Cédric is a charming person who knows how to host. The house located in a quiet area is pretty, spacious and ultra well equipped. The kitchen, functional and friendly, allowed us to make real meals. The bedding is of very good quality. The house was very clean. It's a real good airbnb!
