Bernessa was a fantastic host. From the time of booking to check out, she was very proactive in reaching out, very prompt in replies and gave very clear instructions on how to check in. Although her apartment was a little pricier than other listings in the same condo, we felt her service and what she provided in the apartment made up for it. She offered us early check in and late check out which we appreciated it. The apartment was clean and she provided drinks and even had 2 umbrellas which would come in handy when it rains. The beds were comfortable and she provided 2 pillows per guest. We had a good rest each night. I highly recommend her apartment. I would highly recommend her apartment

My family enjoyed staying there. The place is clean and have a nice scenery at a high floor. Host is friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions.

This unit is 10 walk from ciq via the bridge linkway and the condo is full of amenities (pool and gym). As it's within the mall, finding food is a breeze. The apartment is well kept and maintained. It's relatively new and gives a cozy feeling upon checking in. Host is also responsive to our requests. We faced some confusion when checking out as we are not familiar with the parking rules set by the apartment mgt. The host understood the situation and gave us some time allowance to sort it out which we greatly appreciated. Will definitely book this unit if we are having staycation in JB. Thanks, Pee

The room was indeed very comfortable and the attentiveness of the staff made me feel at home.The location is very convenient, many restaurants are nearby, and all major attractions are very close, so it is very suitable for tourists to live. For these two days here, I had a good rest, there was a washing machine to do laundry, there was a terrace to rest and dry clothes, and the terrace was very cool and also saw the sunrise, the owner gave us a check in to store luggage earlier. This trip was made more pleasant and memorable by having your help.I will recommend this airbnb to my friends and hope they will feel at home here as well as me.

Provide snacks and coffee like hotel. Kitchen & room is very clean and felt like my home. Great for big family and friends gatherings. Will visit again with my cousins again

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

The place looks like the photos, good location and nice place to spend short vacations

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

Nice place, very near to Lego land. the place is very clean. Hotel like service , clean towels, toothpaste and brush etc. swimming pools are great. rooftop swimming pool is my favorite.

Our second time staying here. My family of 5 likes that it's conveniently located next to Paradigm Mall and near Sutera area. Apartment is clean and tidy, thumbs up!

It was in a great location, with the building entrance right beside the mall entrance. The location was also near the Sutera area with Sutera Mall and several restaurants. The only negative aspect about the location was that the roads are always full of vehicles and traffic jams are common. The unit was in great condition, clean, and facilities all worked well. The water pressure could be stronger but it’s not a big issue. It was high floor and viewing towards the front of Paradigm Mall so it’s good for me. Aircon was strong, loved it! I had an injury which worsened over the weekend and the host was friendly and granted me more time for check out, which I appreciated it so much! Host was also very responsive and check-in was straightforward. Note to future tenants: if you’re booking e-hailing or ordering delivery, please remind your rider/driver that the lobby is up the ramp as some of them are not familiar with the area. All in all, loved this place and would return again!

We (3 couples)had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was close to mount austin popular eateries and activities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Very responsive by Ms Angela (co-host) with helpful and clear instructions. Although the apartment was abit old , but the unit is reasonable clean and tidy. Location is good , within 10 mins drive to Toppen IKEA. Overall is good!

Allen's place is perfectly located near KSL, with the added convenience of a 24/7 mart right downstairs. The space is clean, well-maintained, and meets expectations. Allen is a responsive and considerate host. I'd definitely book again - great experience!
