Cozy place in heart of Docklands. Easy to check-in and check-out.

This was my second stay here. I would not hesitate to stay again. Comfy bed, good shower pressure, heating. What more could you ask for!

I had a great stay at this place. The view was nice, and the tram stop right in front made it easy to get around. There were grocery stores and shops nearby, which was convenient. I stayed for over a month and really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen — it had everything I needed for cooking. The host was responsive and kind. The only small downside was the 10 a.m. checkout time, which felt a bit early. Other than that, everything was great. I’d be happy to stay here again.

This apartment was overall exactly what my partner and I were looking for in Melbourne. Steps away from the free tram line, heaps of restaurants and the apartment was clean/tidy with amazing views of the Yarra river. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Melbourne for short stay.

Tony & Suzie's apartment is an excellent place to stay. It has all the amenities, is very clean and comfortable and is in a great location. The hosts are extremely friendly, well organised and easily contactable. They always respond to messages and are very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great location - ground floor and direct access to the footpath a plus. Very clean and suited our needs well. Car park was a bit hairy to navigate but heaps of onstreet parking available if you have a larger vehicle.

The location is safe and secure. The house is well kept. The rooms and toilets are clean. No insects inside the house. I will stay here again for a longer time.

Great house and Ali is an awesome host, she’s fast respond and very responsive when I was booking this last minute due to problem with our previous airbnb. Her house is exactly like the picture and description, love the area and the house are clean, i love that there’s a bedroom complete with kitchen and living area on the first floor making it easy for me that’s bringing twins here with tons of stuff. Would love to come back to this house again next time ✨✨

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

By far one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed in years. Pristine locations, 4 master bedrooms, plus great entertainment and last but not least, a view of surpassing beauty. The facilities provided ticked all the boxes. Very flexible check-in time and a very friendly host. Would definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.

A convenient place where you can get on the Free Tram last stop within the city just 1 minute walk to Tan Ean Hoe condo. Very convenient and close to city and eateries.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

The best Airbnb experience I had so far. Mr Simon is really caring for his clients. I am looking forward to booking his place again. Very homy, comfy and cozy!
