The apartment is in a block with several apartments, never noticed that we had neighbors. Very quiet location and yet close to the city center. Easily accessible and spacious place in front of the building to park. The apartment is fully equipped for a pleasant stay, everything is almost new and well maintained.

When I am away from home with work, it's so important for me to be comfortable, relaxed and with 0 problems, and that's exactly why I continually choose Kris' place. Kris is very responsive, and has made the apartment comfortable and a home from home. The location itself is great, 10/15min walk to the station, and there are restaurants and bars everywhere, it's Leuven after all :)

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

What a great studio! Are you in Antwerp and do you want to relax, but do you also want to be close to the city center? Then this is truly the perfect place. The studio has all the comforts & is extremely luxurious. We really enjoyed it!

Gavin’s apartment is a literal dream. Everything is clean, tidy and has a beautiful aesthetic. Words can’t describe the roof terrace which we loved to sit for our morning espresso from the machine provided. Excellent communication and was able to help us out with an early check in. The accommodation is perfect for exploring Hasselt. It's very central. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can cook comfortably. The space is also more than sufficient. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Cleanliness is perfect. We have never rented a house with so many basic items available: coffee, sponge, dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, shampoo and I'm certainly forgetting things. The little welcome gift was also very much appreciated 😊 In short, a great rental with great value for money!

Great location for trips to Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. The apartment is complete with many amenities and space bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and living room. Annelies is hospitable, complete in her instruction and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed from start to finish and look back on a fantastic Pentecost weekend. The place is perfect if you like to rest in a quiet place, surrounded by nature, walk to basic amenities of a quiet village and with a lovely walk. Centrally located to visit different cities around by car. Very well connected. Kris and his family offer you a simple, clean, and very cozy accommodation in a great rural environment and with a friendly treatment that makes you feel at home!

We felt very comfortable in the house and in the village. The house is very well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. Everything was very well kept. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The bakery is right next door. The cities of Maastricht and Roermond can be reached quickly. We came from Cologne and spent a very nice weekend here.

What a wonderful stay! Beautiful location and above all a great and inspiring house. Within 10 minutes, the car or taxi to Leuven is no problem at all.

Rarely found such a neat and clean vacation home. The service package (towels, bed linen, dishwasher cubes,...) is very convenient. Communication was always very clear and smooth. The house is well located for various steps nearby and has a very beautiful and cozy garden. For the children very nice: playground equipment in the garden, chickens where you can feed your own green waste, small range of toys in the house + safe. Top - recommended

Amazing host with amazing place! The place wasn't the easiest to find based on Google Maps (Maps was misleading), but check in was easy and smooth. The apartment had basically everything that's essential, even with sufficient utensils and seasoning for cooking if need be. It is clean and very cozy, and will definitely be back if we ever visit Antwerp again!

We had a great stay! The apartment was bright, clean, and well-designed—everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. It’s in a quiet area but still within easy walking distance to the city center. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Mark was easy throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Antwerp!

It was a very pleasant experience, the location was good, very close to the station, the room was clean and hygienic, and the kitchen supplies were the most complete of this trip. It was very convenient for us to buy it by ourselves.Will stay again next time in Belgium
