from the first message, the communication was excellent. merve responds very quickly and kindly. she gave me clear directions on how to get there. from the first moment I came in I got a warm welcome. merve is a great host, a cozy and enthusiastic person. she shows interest and likes to share things about her daily activities. i'm glad we also went out together. i can reassure any future guest that you are in good hands with this lady. You have to be able to treat cats. She has 3, one of which is very cuddly. i came as a guest but I left with a new friendship😊 good luck with your future plans and training. Clean apartment, good communication and sufficient amenities as described. It is about 1.5 km to the subway on foot, but there are different bus options.

Good position, plenty of services around, close by train station. I was staying for several weeks, accomodation was cozy and provided nice place to stay. Place will need few repairs and painting but if you are not looking for five start hotel standard, this place is cool.

Great location...the apartment is very clean and has everything you need...the wifi is excellent...there is a carrefour in the same building and also a cafe...the security is high...the host was very helpful in everything and quick to respond...I highly recommend this apartment and will come back again

The flat complies with the photos and description. Public transport at the foot of the building, downstairs you will find restaurants, shops etc ... very easy access. A balcony with an incredible view and the morning sun is extremely pleasant.

It's a pretty good accommodation option for the price. Everything has been thought of, even for long stays in the house. The building entrance and exit were very easy. The fact that it has an indoor parking lot was also a nice plus. Ease of transportation and quick responses from the host are also plus points. I think the downside is that the bed, pillows and linens should be replaced with new ones. Although the house is clean in general, the cleanliness of the toilet is a little neglected, and if this is taken care of, it is a really nice choice for accommodation. Thanks to the relevant friends, I will choose again.

A very suitable apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the metrobus and metro. There are mini shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants on the first floor. You can even say coffee to the apartment from the cafe below. It was nice to be allowed to use the parking lot. Host is quick to respond to questions. I recommend it to those who prefer to stay in a central location on the Anatolian side.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Murat's Airbnb in Istanbul, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The high-rise building is stunning, offering beautiful views of the city. The communal pool was a fantastic amenity, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some family time, and the kid amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsite restaurant was a lovely surprise, serving delicious meals at very affordable prices. It was convenient to have such a great dining option just steps away from our apartment. Murat, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you, Murat! We can't wait to return in the summer!

The jacuzzi was not heating, the lighting of the pool is not sufficient, otherwise it was good, I recommend it, especially if you are a student

The house was extremely nice and spacious. All the specified amenities were also available. It may be even more convenient for the summer season, of course, it was a little cold the first evening in the small season, but we solved it at a large rate by contacting Mr. Kerem. Since the house is very spacious, the rooms facing only the north are very difficult, but the floor and the entrance were very hot. The garden is really peaceful, and the house is very nice even for large families
