We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

Had a great couple of days here. The apartment is lovely and has everything we needed, Fiona also replied to our queries extremely fast which was very helpful. Flexible check in/ out was greatly appreciated and made our stay completely stress free! Overall we had a lovely time and would not hesitate to return

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

Inma and Manolo were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped. Everything was as described. It was clean and aesthetic. The neighborhood was quiet and good for relaxing. Mercadona and the beach were also close. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

A large modern apartment within easy walking distance to shops. Excellent array of utensils, cleaning materials, cutlery and crockery as well as lots of other ‘bits and pieces’ that you are unlikely to see elsewhere. Despite the language barriers Zoilo and his wife were friendly and responsive hosts. As my wife is disabled our requirements can be a little different to most guests. However, we found wheelchair access via a ramp and lift to be good, despite the lift being on the small side. More comfortable lounge armchairs would have improved our enjoyment of the 55inch tv. Although we figured it all out in the end some written multilingual instructions for the washing machine, dryer, microwave and oven would help future guests. Overall, an outstanding apartment, well located in a quiet area but within easy walking to shops, bars and restaurants.

We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

José Luis was an excellent host, from the first moment he was very kind and communication was great. Staying in your penthouse was a great choice. The apartment was very clean and is located in a very nice area, a 10-minute drive from downtown Murcia. José Luis takes great care of the details, he leaves you some food, fruit, coffee and drinks to avoid you having to go shopping. The penthouse had all the necessary appliances. You can see that he takes great care of his Airbnb. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay, we will definitely be back. Warm regards.

Ruairi was a fantastic host and very quick to respond and very accommodating, allowed us to gain access early and allowed us a late checkout. There has been a nationwide power outage today and he was straight on to me, saying we could go back if we were stuck. A real gentleman.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.
