“We had an awesome stay here in downtown Sleepy Eye! It was a great location right above the famous "Pix" coffee shop, and only a few miles from each spot we were visiting this weekend. The host did an excellent job communicating with us, and we even were offered a few suggestions for local eating / drinking spots. We enjoyed the TV access, coffee in the kitchen, and comfortable stay.”

“What a beautiful apartment! Simply a lovely place to stay while we explored New Ulm. Thoughtful touches like wine and beer, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Rod was an excellent communicator and we appreciated the coupons and suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Touring the Schell's Brewery was very fun, and we enjoyed dinner at Sozial, a drink by the roaring fire at Turner Hall, and wonderful coffee at Lola's. We highly recommend this lovely spot!!”

“Rod certainly knows how to make someone feel welcome. His little touches were above and beyond, and his place is outstanding. We had a wonderful evening with our adult children around a fire in Rod's gorgeous backyard that was a fabulous and unexpected and boon. Highly recommend!”
