Beautiful house with everything you need, lovely and quiet neighborhood, easy to find, Traci's communications were clear and precise, the place was clean with plenty of room for our part of 7. The theater room was a bonus! Would definitely stay again and highly recommending this place.

This immaculately clean house was exactly as pictured, and Beatriz did a great job of doing small things that make huge differences. There were shampoos and soaps in both bathrooms. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Extra garbage bags and toilet paper. Laundry soap. Enough towels, washcloths, coffee cups, glasses, wine glasses, rocks glasses, plates, and silverware for our large group. Toys and gated stairs for our two 2-year olds. Beds were extremely comfortable and showers were nice and strong. We got to go for a nice walk in the park across the street. The house was close to EVERYTHING. Multiple family members suggested we book this home again in the future. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve been to (and there have been many!). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful! It’s a great place, and the host proactively thought of everything we might need. I highly recommend this place. Clean, spacious, well stocked with all a traveler needs. The host is really great, kind, and has great communication. We truly felt at home!

This is our fourth visit at this Airbnb and it is our absolute favorite. The private fenced in yard is perfect for our dogs. The indoor heated pool is one of a kind and incredible

I cannot say enough about staying at this house. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and shared the Airbnb with some family and friends. The open main floor was perfect for spending time together and not feeling overcrowded. The deck space was amazing for fires at night and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was so peaceful seeing the scenery of the lake every morning and this property is secluded and private which was so nice. Hosts were very responsive and we would stay here again tomorrow!

We really enjoyed Casey's house. The layout of the house is great. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and quite close to the events we came to the area for. The deck was nice. We had a great stay!

Cheryl got us in on short notice and her house was exactly what we needed while we waited for our house to close. The house had plenty of room and all the amenities (Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, toiletries, cleaning products, etc.) for 3 adults. The street is quiet and close to everything (Wegmans, Walgreens, Target, etc.) One of our favorite things about this location was that it was within walking distance to Sunscape Farms.

This was my families second stay and I must say it was even better. The new setup furniture in the front room gave it a good face lift. The area is also so quiet and private. I visit Rochester twice a year and this is my favorite when available.

Great spot in the North Winton Village area! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and not too far from anything in the city.

We were very satisfied with our stay stay at Chris's place! Check in was easy, the place was spotless and in a great location! We look forward to staying here again when the weather is warmer and are able to enjoy the outdoors! Chris was very accommodating when we requested to extend our stay for an additional day.

I absolutely felt at home here. The hosts were very responsive and polite and the house was comfortable and very close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

My family (6 adults and 2 kids) spent 3 nights at this beautiful house on Lake Canandaigua. It was the perfect lake house with an incredible view and lake access. The house is extremely comfortable with multiple common spaces (including a fun game room and TVs in virtually every room) and is well equipped with everything you could need. It also has great outdoor spaces, with comfortable seating, huge hot tub and two fire pits (gas and wood). It is located in an idyllic and private setting, but is close (15-20 minutes) to Canandaigua, wineries, breweries, parks, etc. Bill was very responsive to any questions and a very good host. We had a wonderful time at this lake house and would love to return.

We had an amazing stay at this historic home in Rochester, NY. The hosts Michael and Laura were incredibly hospitable, regularly communicating with us leading up to the stay, and checking in on us during. The home itself was quite charming, with much of the original history retained, and tastefully decorated. Michael and Laura clearly put in a lot of thought into ensuring a comfortable stay - highly recommended.

Brad was super helpful when unexpected issues arose that were out of his control. It was a holiday stay for us, and yet, he made sure to get us what we needed. It was a lovely house and stay.

Deborah greeted us upon our arrival to show us around the home and help us with instructions with the TV. Our home for four days was clean, comfortable, all the amenities you would want in a rental and more. Having worked in the hotel business, I am particular on cleanliness, hot water and the warmth of a place. Perfecto. The view form the sitting room and living room is so relaxing and beautiful. In the summer or warmer days we would definitely had taken advantage of the back deck for morning coffee. Deborah lives next door so if one did need anything she is prompt to help. Wonderful stay. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Rochester.

Two bathrooms and three bedrooms is exactly what we needed for our family of five to visit with relatives for Thanksgiving. It provided everything we needed!

This was a perfect place to stay! Everything was very clean and has enough room for a big group of people. The views are amazing & could not recommend enough!! Host are super responsive as well!

As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!

It was our first time to stay in Rochester on the beautiful Lake Ontario. Our group of six adults had PLENTY of room with this gorgeous and spacious three bedroom home with TWO kitchens, plenty of space for a large family or friends, and an amazing front porch within a couple of minutes to the beach. We highly, highly recommend Gregory's exceptional home and hospitality.
