Lovely little cottage, literally a stones throw from the Aquaduct and the cottage comes with the free use of kayaks saving us £100 paying for hired tours!! The canal in less than 30 seconds from the cottage, ideal for long walks with the dogs down the canal… stopping at pubs along the way! We had a lovely stay in Nick’s little cottage. It was very cosy, we had a fire every evening and there are ducks and chickens on your doorstep. We would say it’s essential to come via car if you would like to get into town. Chirck castle is very near and we enjoyed visiting Plas Newydd which is another historical house in Llangollen. Easy communication and lots of privacy and respect. We would recommend Nick’s place for a few nights if you are looking for an escape. Thank you!
