Welkom bij Studio Villa Delphia, een spiksplinternieuw en eigentijds verblijf in een prachtige bosrijke omgeving in Onnen (Groningen). De studio is een onderdeel van een meergeneratiewoning die gerealiseerd is in een voormalig zorginstelling. Je hebt lekker je eigen plekje waar je kunt vertoeven met leuke koffietentjes en restaurantjes op fietsafstand. Authentieke vrijstaande woning vol sfeer en van alle gemakken voorzien. Houten vloeren, een moderne keuken, een privé sauna in de badkamer en 2 2-persoons slaapkamers op de begane grond met uitstekende bedden geven sfeer en luxe. De ruime woonkamer met riante Chesterfield bank kijkt uit op het Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is een prachtig dorp op 12 km van de stad Groningen en heeft een beschermd dorpsgezicht. Onze 2-pers. Canadese kano en onze 3 fietsen zijn voor een schappelijke prijs te huur.

In a typical 'Ostfriesen' - house you rent an independant, cosy, flat, that is situated at Rysum, village near the North Sea (the UNESCO World heritage). Next to the kitchen, provided with everything you need, you find a comfortable, queen-sized bed for two and a bathroom with a large bathtube. It helps you to relax and feel good. If you are interested, a 3. person could rent an extra room with shower next to the flat. Please contact me beforehand (room and bicycles for a small fee!)

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Schön ruhig gelegen. Herrlicher Blick auf die unberührte Natur, Streuobstwiese. Da kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. In der Nähe ist das Gut Altenkamp mit diversen Ausstellungen und Konzerten. Obwohl sich das Apartment in meinem Haus befindet, habt Ihr einen eigenen Eingangsbereich .

Gezellige kamer met badkamer.

Deze fijne kamer is gebouwd in een schuur en heeft een eigen douche en toilet. Op tien minuten rijden van de Waddenzee. Geen strand dus maar dijken met schapen erop. Wel een paar opgespoten nepstrandjes én de veerdienst naar Borkum voor het echte werk. Wakker worden met kakelende kippen onder je raam. Houtkachelwarm, met ondersteuning van een elektrisch kacheltje. De prijs is exclusief ontbijt. Bij voorkeur geen werknemers, tenzij..... Honden welkom tegen kleine vergoeding.
