Fabulous cottage with everything you needed and in a fabulous location in the countryside with amazing walks, waterfalls nearby and 10 mins walk away from shops, pubs and amenities in the town of Hawes. Also 5 mins walk away from Wensleydale Cheese experience, (recommend the cheese demonstrations and shop.)We felt very comfortable and at home. Would love to stay again. Thank you. X

Excellent well equipped cottage in great location. Easy access to shops, pubs and beautiful walks. Stuart was a excellent host, couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend this cottage if you are up in Hawes. You will be hard pressed to find better! 5 Star!

Lovely stay and beautiful location. Chantal’s place is gorgeous and cozy just as pictured. It had everything I needed, and she responded quickly when necessary. Would love to stay again if I’m ever in the area again ❤️

Fantastic value, little hard to find at night so need more detailed address details as didn’t want to bother the host! Really lovely place tho, quirky as previously described but perfect for one night, lots of thoughtful touches & we slept brilliantly on a firm bed & cool air.

Perfect little place! Cosy and traditional Dales cottage with a host that is local and attentive. Warm on the winter days with a cosy fire, modern central heating and ample hot water for multiple showers. A kitchen well stocked with anything you’d ever want. Beds comfy. Views absolutely beautiful, walks from the door breathtaking. Ample local parking. Cafe at the top of the hill great for breakfast (Keld Green cafe) and a great self service tea room in the hall just steps from the front door. Other recommendations are the Wensleydale Pantry in Hawes, great food! We will be back, thank you Helen and the locals who work hard to keep this little village so beautiful and special.

We stayed here for 4 days and had a lovely time away, very quiet and remote, exactly what we were looking for. Our first stay here and would definitely recommend it! We will be sure to come back! Walking right on the door step and only a 30 minute drive to the closest village! Perfect! Thanks Cathy!

Was a great location for exploring The Lakes. Wonderful to have a dishwasher & washing machine. The place was very spacious & had a nice big lounge space to relax in. The beds were both very comfortable, perfect for a good nights sleep after exploring. There is very little parking in the village though, so be prepared to brave the elements & walk from the place to anywhere you want to go. The local grocer is a close drive & well stocked (there is customer parking there). It felt like a home away from home, even though I wasn't there long.
