We stayed in the house over an extended weekend with three children and three families and felt really comfortable. The location is great, you can go on great hikes or walk to the Alpsee and enjoy the lake, ice cream & playground there. The great thing about the place is the game room and the beautiful garden with lots of play opportunities for the kids. The premises are cozy, clean and it has everything you need. The communication with Christian and his dad is excellent, they take care of ensuring that you have a nice stay in a very friendly manner. Glad to come back!

A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. The interior of the house is very cozy and cute, a bit vintage, but not old. There are also plenty of kitchen supplies and some play equipment to play with! Although one of the three rooms will not have a heater and it is a little cold at night, you can sleep in the living room (the living room has a heater) and the sofa is also comfortable! The fireplace inside the house is to be heated with firewood, which is very cool! And the host responded quickly. One night, we urgently needed firewood, and the host sent it immediately after receiving the message! There is a prairie near the house, and you can enjoy the sunset when the weather is good🌅 I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

This place is just a dream! Thanks Sergei for this great stay! An incredibly beautiful, spacious and exclusive house. The whole area is beautifully quiet, surrounded by nature and invites you to take nice trips in the region. The hot tub and terraces are simply fantastic! You feel right at home and can switch off. I would recommend this place to anyone and if I'm in the area next time I'll definitely book it again!👍

Five stars are not enough to describe this place. Everything is just perfect - the building, the apartment, and which is more important - the host family. It’s located literally 5 minutes away from a local ski resort - Alpbach, and around 35 minutes away from both Mayrhofen and Kitzbuhel. Zillerral is in 25 minutes. The apartment has anything you’ll need including an oven, a bath, and a really gorgeous fireplace (this is a thing. We’re from Sweden, and really know what we’re talking about). All cutlery and stuff is also there. It was an absolute stunning experience, we’ve spent 2 weeks there on Christmas holidays and couldn’t wish more for a perfect rest! Laundry room is fully equipped at your service. It is not clear with the photos, however you’ll get a huge walking wardrobe on the way from your bedroom to the bathroom. Another thing to mention is the antique furniture and lighting- this adds up to the ambience of this place!

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

We stayed with Kathrin for a week to ski and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very cozy and even more spacious and generous than it may appear in the photos. The ski bus and also the lift were within walking distance. Particularly beautiful are the nightly views of the village and castle and that in addition to normal heating a wood stove can be used. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice apartment 5 minutes from cross-country ski slopes, 2 minutes from the grocery store and in the heart of the village of Seefeld to enjoy restaurants and shops. It's all about walking. We could communicate easily with the host and the accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a stay with friends or family. I recommend it!

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

Annika's place is fantastic and I definitely recommend it. It is very clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. You can see the commitment with which Annika takes care of her. The garden and terrace then offer an appreciable added value in case there is good weather. The location is ideal because it is close to the lake and allows you to easily reach many other beautiful towns in the area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Communication with Annika was quick and easy. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We stayed there for a few days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and in great condition, especially the fireplace was a highlight. We also liked the kitchen, super equipped and cozy. We had a good time and would be happy to come back!

We were very lucky to stay in this beautiful house – it is located on a heavenly property that looks like it came from a fairyland. The house itself is incredibly spacious, lovingly decorated and very comfortable – just to feel good. There were ten of us and everyone loved it. It's even more beautiful in reality than in the photos! We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!

The description of the chalet by the lake was apt. A really nicely restored and furnished large farmhouse, although chalet is more accurate. A very beautiful outdoor area around the house and especially at the lake!!! Simply an accommodation that left nothing to be desired.
