Klosters has various leisure activities that can be practiced in the summer and winter seasons. Golf course, sports center, beach, hiking/biking trails, Selfranga ski lift, ice rink and Gotschnabahn are in close proximity. From Gotschna by means of a valley descent with skis almost to the front of the house!

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The 66 m² bungalow has been newly renovated and can accommodate the whole family. In addition to the latest technology (Mesh Wi-Fi, 100 mBit, LG TV, Disney Plus,...), the bungalow offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. The nearby shopping and the elevator within walking distance make the location of the property unique. Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Even in spring, summer and autumn, the various cable cars offer a varied and convenient opportunity to explore the Montafon mountains (Rätikon, Silvretta, Verwall, ) with their beautiful backdrop.

House Galgenul, our garden cottage

The "Gartenhüsli" is an independent small cottage behind the main house and equipped for 2 people. It was individually designed and sustainably built. The tiny house is about 25 m² and consists of a room - which forms a complete unit with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy sitting area and a comfortable double bed. A private bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher or fridge are of course also available.

Sunny 2-Room Condo - nice view and balcony

Look forward to a nice holiday apartment with 60 sqm living space, a large balcony as well as a garage parking lot. Enjoy a beautiful view over the valey and the surrounding mountain chain. The apartment is located on the top floor of an appartment house, on the south side of Silbertal. From here you can directly start go skiing at the Kristberg or the Hochjoch area which belongs to the Silvretta Montafon

Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter. My father-in-law is a private ski instructor and if he has free appointments available, you can book a ski course with him. Additional fees Guest tax of the municipality
