Cozy studio apartment

Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊

The apartment is situated just 6 minutes drive from the airport and 15- 20 minutes form the Blue Lagoon. You can find a public swimming pool with both outdoor and indoor swimming pools in 3 minutes walk from us, there is also a big playground area.There is a small shoppingcenter, Krossmói in about 8 minutes walking distance. There you can find ATM, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, resturants and other shops. There is also the town bus center (it is outside and there are no servicekiosk).

Húsið er á skjólgóðum stað og útsýni út á sjó og sést vel á Snæfellsnesið í góðu skyggni. Á veturna við rétt skilyrði, er mikill möguleiki á að sjá Norðurljós. Húsið er gamalt en allt ný tekið í gegn. Á svefnloftinu er 2 góðar dýnur (brattur stigi upp). Bjart og fallegt. Stutt á flugvöllinn, u.þ.b. 10 mínútur ( 9 km. ), og góð sundlaug í Sandgerði ( 2 km.)

Ryan knows how to run an Air B&B. Good communication. Home was clean and well organized. He had a typed out booklet with clear instructions, recommendations for eating and sightseeing. Very easy checkout process- no extra cleaning requirements. Highly recommended and would come back.

Great apartment in Keflavik if you want to be close to the airport (5 min drive). We stayed here with 4 adults (2 couples) which was a bit cozy, but the space was enough and the sleeping arrangements just fine. Clean apartment, really friendly & proactive hosts! Only thing the keep in mind: it is a basement apartment. For us this didn’t matter, but in case one is not mobile: you need to take stairs and it is a rather small space. Still great apartment for the end of our Iceland trip! :)

I had a wonderful stay in this room in Borgarnes. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom, and everything was spotless and perfectly arranged. The space is cozy and modern, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The highlight was definitely the view, absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. A peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Would definitely return!

This was an absolute dream house. My family and I were taken back at the magical cabin by the sea. The inside was spotless and had a fun and quirky story to tell about each piece hung on the walls. My kids enjoyed watching the sheep roam and the short walk to the sea. This was the perfect spot to kick off our vacation.
