Monthly Rentals in Garden District, New Orleans

Nice location close to the Streetcar, St. Charles Avenue, and Magazine Street. The space itself is small, but it was perfect for the two of us. Clean and cute. We loved the screen porch. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Clean. Great Location. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Street car a few blocks away. Try the fried chicken at Breaux Mart 2 blocks away, made fresh each morning. Add you own hot sauce. Get some golden mashed potatoes at the The Fresh Market to go with it. Chocolate crossaints at The Fresh Market are a good breakfast treat. Whole Foods is about a mile away down Magazine street if you like fresh squeezed juice. Ride your bike to the Quarter via Laurel Street to Convention Center walkway to avoid traffic. Ride your bike to Audubon Park via Constance to Valmont to Prytania to Nashville to Charles for the smoothest ride.

I stayed in this AirBNB for 6 weeks this spring, during Mardi Gras and longer. It was a great experience and I would be happy to return to this AirBNB if the timing worked out in the future! The apartment is clean, safe, and has all the basics that you need for a trip; dishes, glasses, towels, trash bags, soap, etc. The neighborhood is very walkable-- walking distance to many interesting places, especially Magazine Street, 2 grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc. This was important since I was traveling without a car. I always felt safe in this neighborhood, which was important to me. The wifi was strong and I was able to work remotely using it-- it never once went out! AC and heat worked great. The private back porch was a peaceful space, and an added bonus. Guillermo responded to any messages I sent very quickly; it was easy to be in touch with him. Things went very smoothly and I highly recommend this AirBNB.

We absolutely loved staying at Rachel’s beautiful place. It’s the perfect spot in New Orleans - in the peaceful Garden District with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The accommodation itself is elegant, private and so comfortable. Rachel and Jeff couldn’t have been nicer hosts. They welcomed us and our baby, and helped us in all sorts of ways. Rachel even brought us oranges from her garden. So glad we stayed here and would love to come back!
