An apartment in a block, renovated and clean. It has everything you need to spend a cool and comfortable vacation. There is free parking under the block. Close to shops, restaurants, local vegetable and fruit stalls, and most importantly the metro station, bus stop and tram, so you can quickly and conveniently get anywhere in Sofia

I had an excellent time staying here! Ian was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The home is fairly remote - the nearest shop is about 40 minutes down the mountain, and the hike up can be extremely difficult if you have very heavy luggage, as I did. Ian was so incredibly helpful in getting my baggage up to the house - I cannot thank him enough not only for physically helping me move my things but for making what could have been an arduous trek more like a fun, guided hike. The home is pretty rustic - you need to keep a fire going to heat the shower water - but if you're an avid camper or hiker you won't have any problems. I work online, and the WIFI was excellent throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some time in the mountains. It's a beautiful location with a friendly, helpful host, and goats! There's also goats, and they're great :)

Nice apartment with all commodities you might need when traveling for a short while.

It is a very well-finished apartment in a good location. 2-minute walk to Serdika, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Extremely impressive! The house is great has everything you need, even brand new towels. Very clean - house, yard and pool. Very peaceful and quiet during the day and the night. It looks even better in person than in the photos. The best part about the house is the hosts. We were greeted very warmly with fresh produce and they even made us breakfast. 11/10 Would definitely recommend to friends and come back someday!

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better—right near shops, restaurants, and public transit. The host was welcoming and very responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Lovely apartment, very clean and well maintained. Instructions for check in are very clear and helpful and it was easy to get inside. It’s walkable from most of the city centre and down town, and close to serdika station (and the main bus / train stations) too. No issues with the apartment, Dimitrina was very helpful. Light sleepers should know the main bedroom has only lace curtains so it is very bright in the morning! Bring a sleep mask. Second bedroom has no reading lamp, a little difficult to read before bed, but these are very minor things. V quiet and safe building, lovely apartment with one bathroom and one extra toilet, a balcony, dining table, coffee machine, two separate bedrooms, a great shower, and all very clean.
