It's clean and good for staying!

I needed a place to stay lightly because I had a weekend schedule in Wonju, and it was nice that it was a reasonable distance. It was a quiet place, but there was a convenience store right next to it, so it was easy to buy essentials. The exterior of the building was old, but the interior of the house was tidy and the bathroom was clean. I was able to have a good stay with my child in a warm room:)

The location is very convenient, the room is tidy, fully equipped, located in the shopping area, there are many restaurants, will rent again next time👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed—it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was just as described, if not better. We stayed for a month in Korea in Dec / Jan. Emma's place was perfect for this trip! Not only was the place in a great location, but it was such a lovely home with lots of natural lighting. Emma is also a super responsive host. When I go back to Korea, I will definitely stay again at this place.

You couldn't have a better place like this: perfect and centric location with superb transport connections to the city and to Incheon Airport which is very far from the city center. The place is also super cosy with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Jake is also an amazing host that cares for your stay to be as smooth as possible. Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

We had a lovely stay!! Quiet, clean and fully equipped We love the location, everything just around the house, we can spend 3 day around seongsu area without travelling to other area.

I spent around 5 days in Seoul and was fortunate enough to stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet peaceful, although the walk there is a little bit of incline from the Achasan Station. The distance was quite near though around 10 minutes of walking, so it was not a hassle. Overall, we had a great stay. The place was easy to find, clean, spacious, with a great value to us. The amenities provided was complete, as is noted on the website before. Also, Seunghee was very responsive and easy to communicate with especially regarding recommendations and how to get to the area. We would definitely recommend this place and totally book here again if we decided to go to South Korea :)

J was a lovely host who made us feel welcome and comfortable.

We stayed at a few places during our vacation in South Korea and here was the best one and best way to end the trip! The host's mom met us and was so helpful and just a really sweet and amazing host. She gave us three apples and was so thoughtful and showed us where everything was. The place was clean, comfortable and very central! Would definitely stay here if ever I visit! Definitely book this location!

The location is very convenient ~ It is very close to the subway station bus station ~ I am very happy to stay in the🥰🥰 house and the facilities are very clean and good!!🫶🏻🫶🏻

I stayed for a long time because of the house construction, but it was quite pleasant and comfortable. The room was small, but it was nice that it was separated, and the windows were large, so it wasn't stuffy. If you mention the location, it's nagging ~ I liked it much better than the nearby multi-story accommodation ~

Sam’s place is exactly as what was showed in the post. It’s clean and has everything that you will need. It’s a 8-10min walk from Hongik Univ Station Exit 2. We would always start our travel to that station. There are a lot of food/restaurant options along the way to his house. Hongdae shopping street is within walking distance. Convenience stores and Olive Young are just steps away from the house. Sam’s place is your home away from home in Korea. Sam is also fluent in English. Communication was clear and he replies fast. Will definitely recommend! Thank you, Sam!

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to relax. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for a first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

It was my first time on Airbnb, so there was a lot I didn't know. There were a lot of questions and requests, but I liked that they responded kindly and clearly and proactively, so I felt cared for. The room is also clean and in a convenient location to use.

A lot less expensive than a hotel on the road next to a lot of small drawbacks that are noisy with cars

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt immediately like home when we arrived. Everything was so clean and well prepared, like coming to stay at a second home. The hosts were extremely responsive and to our surprise, cleaned the home daily for us. There are two grocery stores less than 3 min walk, so it was very convenient to make light meals. The building is very safe and peaceful. If we visit again, especially for a longer stay, we will definitely book here again!

It's close to the station, and the building and surrounding amenities are well equipped. The house was clean and well organized, and the host was very kind, so I was able to use it comfortably. I want to use it again if I get a chance.
