It is about 30 min drive from the city. The area is quiet and suitable to live. The environment of the villa is wonderful, clean and tidy. I really love the guava tree, the flower and plants here. The staff here is nice and helpful. The food is awesome as well. We really thank Rohan to taking care of us so good!

I had a great stay at Urban Retreat Studio Apartments. It is located in a convenient location of Lalitpur and is very walkable. The room was spacious, open, and very bright with lots of windows. Parbat, the host, was very responsive and quick to answer and accommodate my questions. I'd recommend this place for those looking for a studio apartment in the heart of Kathmandu.

We had a very pleasant and warm stay at this Airbnb in Nainital, without any hassle whatsoever. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind, especially in explaining the recent situation that occurred last Thursday in Nainital, which helped us feel informed and safe. The caretaker was always available whenever we needed any assistance, making our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Naini Lake, offering stunning views and easy access to everything. Overall, we enjoyed our time here a lot and will definitely book again in the future. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and centrally located Airbnb stay in Nainital, Uttarakhand.

Hassle free stay. Felt like top notch hotel. Anything you need you just name it, staff will do their best to get it done. Service was on top. Rooms were as describe. I got lucky as Sam upgraded me to the penthouse. Worry free stay. Will be back for sure. Best place!!!

Booked this property via Airbnb, and I must say, Aditya (the owner) was the best host I’ve ever interacted with. We arrived little early and he quickly arranged our stay without any hassle. He sent directions, connected us with the caretaker (Ashu), and ensured we reached safely. The property was stunning—spacious rooms, great lighting, clean washrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful terrace with a view. Thought fully designed Just like a home away from home. The caretaker, Ashu, was exceptional—available at all hours, extremely helpful, and even guided us to local places Even the housekeeping staff ,cook was kind and professional. In short Every moment spent here was serene and picturesque. • Overall experience – Priceless! Waking up to the sunrise view from the terrace was magical. I’d give this place 6 out of 5 if I could. Highly recommended!!!

Good stay. The host is incredibly responsive and willing to help and make the stay pleasant and satisfying. The location might not be the best, as there's a construction site right opposite the building and they start works very early in the mornings. However, the host talked to the construction team and showed readiness make arrangements to fix the situation. Excellent communication

It was a nice place to stay while I had a layover in Kathmandu. Dhanna was lovely serving me dinner one of the nights there. I was allowed to wash clothes in their washer and the place was cozy and comfortable. Thanks 🙏🏼

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Pancha Buddha. As a solo traveller I was looking for a safe, clean and comfortable space to work and live for a month and this 2BHK was just brilliant. Babin is an extremely wonderful host, friendly and responsive to any request. He really looks after his guests. I absolutely loved the space, it was clean and beautiful and had everything I needed. It was easy to access food and necessities with lots of shops close by. The ladies gym Strong and Lean on the premises is also excellent, and I enjoyed the food at the Hibachi Place also on the same building. This is my favourite Airbnb in Kathmandu and I hope to be back again soon!

I had a fantastic stay at Andrei and Maria's place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with beautiful handmade elements. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bijay, who manages things downstairs, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time there. He also introduced me to Trishna from Life Story Cafe, who prepared delicious Keto meals—such a treat! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Patan Durbar Square, which I visited every evening. It’s a peaceful neighborhood yet close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu. Looking forward to returning someday!

Ravi is a great host. He made sure that we knew our way around and was very welcoming and friendly. The location is amazing- within walking distance to a ton of cafes and stores and the ganga. You can get to the ganga in about 15 minutes and they have a ganga arti there every night. There was an issue with our room and Ravi addressed it. I am staying another month in Rishikesh and decided to book the month with them too. I highly recommend if you’re in Rishikesh/Tapovan area!
