Lovely apartment literally right on the beach, I was able to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand, that alone was worth the price! Host was very flexible and kind, offering me a good price for a 2 week stay. Only negative experience I had was the lack of a proper bathroom (it's a traditional shower where you stand on the floor next to the toilet to shower) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift - if you are disabled or have young children access will be difficult. Great apartment once you're inside, spacious, quiet and very well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay - would recommend 👍

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. The apartment looked nice from the photos, but when we arrived we were shocked!!! It was all perfect, awesome decor throughout the house, the children's room was amazing with quality toys and furniture. Equipment for everything and all the needs of a family. You rarely get a home like this. Sophie was friendly, prompt, and very willing to host. Thank you very much. Our children enjoyed it very much and we of course enjoyed it.

Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was exactly as pictured. The flexible self check-in was also very easy to implement. In the accommodation itself, nothing was missing, everything that was mentioned in the description was also found there. Good location in a city center, direct bus from airport, with a lot of breakfast/coffee shops nearby Clean brand new apts, with 1.5 bathrooms which is important for 3 persons. Hot water and air all the time, with no issues. Really appreciate an Earlier check which saved a plenty of time for me, thank you! Recommend

Aleksandar, the host, was extremely helpful and offered himself to wait for us for late check in. The location is great if you are crossing boarders to Greece. We also appreciate this place was dog friendly. Overall great experience and we wish to stayed one more night.

We had a wonderful time in this spotless clean apartment. It is perfect for families, spacious, with all necessities, and free parking for two cars onsite. Location is ideal - 2-minutes walking distance to the beach street with all the bars and taverns. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely come again.

We were 6 adults but the apartment was able to give us the necessary comfort and convenience.. The parking is quiet and the parking is free,we also had 1 parking space provided which made it very easy for us.. there is a close stop of public transport and we quickly and cheaply got to the central area.. the apartment has everything you need for a nice stay, fully equipped kitchen,coffee, spices, supplies for the dishwasher,dishes and glasses.. stunning view from the window and a huge terrace.. The beds were comfortable and the towels soft and well drink.. the bathrooms also had supplies.. I recommend for a big company .
