Jan and Inga's house is just wonderful. Cozily furnished, equipped with everything you need and more. We felt very comfortable. Communication was always very friendly and fast. Thank you so much for letting us spend the days in Hoorn in your pretty house.

Johanna has thought of everything in her apartment and always answered questions. We all loved staying in Joure! There were many rooms for everyone in the house, so you could relax well. The area was perfect. You can go for a walk and there is a lot to discover. We would definitely come back!

It was a wonderful stay! Super quiet and privately located. Very cozily furnished chalet with everything you need. Great environment for hiking/ walking and then relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. Johan was super friendly, explained and showed us everything. Communication was impeccable. We can only recommend the place!

We had a very nice weekend of friends at Gerard and Rikie's farm. Very nice place and equipped with every comfort. 3 great bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Always quick to respond to messages and Gerard was waiting for us when we received it. Would be happy to come back here!

Corine was kind enough to meet us across the road when the bus brought us and she got us settled. super friendly host who loves her home and garden and it shows. a spectacular Wildflower garden literally next door to a working windmill from 1740! we still can't believe it! And it was fun to sleep in the traditional Dutch cupboard bed! thank you so very much corine.

A cozy and beautiful house in the municipality of Medemblik. It is right on a small canal and you can also paddle from here if you like. We had too much plan, which is why we did not use it, even though Micaela made us the offer. It's definitely a dream to be in summer. Otherwise, Callantsoog is 40 minutes away on the beautiful North Sea and also far from the island of Texel. Amsterdam is also 35 minutes away. Ideal for exploring the North of Holland and Amsterdam. We were even in The Hague which was only 1h 20 minutes away. The house is equipped with everything you need and you can tell that Micaela and John use it themselves, it is so lovingly furnished. A clear recommendation and with these friendly landlords you can't go wrong. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice stay in Aleida's space home. Communication went smoothly and the house has all the comforts. We'd love to come back with the family.

Great place to unwind. Super spacious and cosy place that's also good for kids. Lots of toys available, highchairs and cott / kids bed. Tons of sights to see and things to do in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great place as advertised. Easy check in and out, directions were clear also on how to get there. There is a grocery store ~7 minutes away and Giethorn is just around the corner. Many outdoors activities to do and choices of restaurants. The apartment and view from the lounge is beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. The only issue we had was with the door. The instructions weren’t very clear. What’s missing is, after turning the handle to the right, about 95-100 degrees, you then pull the door, via the handle, towards you so that there is about a 5cm ish gap, and then slide the door open.

It was a lovely quiet and comfortable stay.

Thank you for the beautiful experience. We loved the apartment! Just like in the pictures it is equipped with everything you need. We also got some Dutch treats as a warm welcome! The apartment was clean and the bed comfy! We had a great time. 10/10 I would recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was perfect! 🙌✨ It is very cozy and beautifully furnished. I especially loved the bedroom, which is placed in a small, charming room - it felt so peaceful and unique. 🥰 Everything is explained super clearly in the listing description and messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, as it’s easy to reach both the city center and the train station on foot. There’s also a tram stop right in front of the house. While there’s no direct tram to the station, you can easily get there by transferring at Leidseplein or Kinkerstraat. On my next trip to Amsterdam, I will definitely look for Wijnand’s apartment again on Airbnb. Highly recommended! Thank you Wijnand! ☺️✨

We enjoyed the beautiful complete and well maintained apartment of Inge and Peter in Barsingerhorn on 2-9 September 2024! Everything was present and the reception very friendly, with even a very nice sweet welcome card on the table! There was plenty of information about what to do in the whole area! Absolute fantastic, couldn’t recommend staying here enough!! They were extremely helpful. Sent up some amazing recommendations for food & exploring the city. The apartment was even better than the photos, will definitely be going back soon!

The view from the windows is breathtaking. Since the weather is changing very often, the view is also changing from time to time. Never felt bored looking outside of the window. The outside grass area is public but people are seldom walking there. So it still feels very private. Our dog enjoyed the grass a lot. The kitchen is very well equipped with good cookware and devices. There’s a good supermarket „Plus“ within walking distance and has a good variety of food. The host also kindly provided us some welcome drinks and snacks, made it easy to feel like home. That was very lovely. Although it’s late November, the small city still shows its charm. We enjoyed walking around everyday with our dog. Btw it’s important to bring your sunglasses with. This city is surprisingly sunny in winter. ☀️

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very nice and clean. Only a little smaller than shown in the pictures, but completely ok for two people. We were very satisfied with everyone, especially Johanna was extremely friendly and accommodating! We were mainly fishing in Stavoren and had a lot of fun and beautiful fish. Thank you for everything!

Excellent location! Close by to a plethora of top notch restaurants. A quick 3-5 minute walk to the Anne Frank house and within an enjoyable 30 min walk to all the top museums (e.g., Van Gogh, etc.) and key sites. Some street noise which is common when bordering a canal, but not bothersome at all. Heated bathroom floor tiles a nice plus in the winter. We definitely would stay here again if ever back in Amsterdam. Thank you!

Great location, great stay with everything you could need.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs and Mel and Henri were the kindest of hosts. We were greeted upon our arrival and the place was just as described. Mel and Henri even stocked our fridge with a few food items for us to have throughout our stay. They were very kind and thoughtful and we can definitely tell the care about their guests. Would recommend 100%.
